The hotel building was not 100% ready (still doing maintenance/improving work.

The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and well-decorated rooms that feature large terraces. Each room is equipped with a Nespresso machine, and the hotel provides complimentary coffee and tea. The staff is friendly, and the location is premium, very close to the cable transport for the ski slopes. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a restaurant, bar, and spa. I had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was good.

The wardrobe in the rooms is very small, so if you stay longer than a weekend, it’s unlikely that all your clothes will fit. The spa area is small, and although reservations are limited to 15 people, no one checks if only those with reservations enter. As a result, the spa often gets overcrowded, leaving no space to enjoy it. The lobby is tiny, and the staircase to the upper floors feels very cramped.

Some staff from the restaurant were rude! We were staying at this hotel and we made a reservation for 11 people for 19:30. The first 4 people arrived at 19:30 and the others ( with kids) in the next 20 min, and they were very rude about our arrival( because they had the wrong time of our reservation: 19:00)... they didn’t even listen to our part … they inform us rudely that if in the next 30 min the other will not arrive they will cancel our reservation. This was the only downside of our stay..and As a 5 star hotel I was expecting for a bigger lobby/ lounge area where you could sit and relax after a long day outside … and not have to have a reservation at the restaurant to sit for a beverage, or a glass of wine. Overall the hotel was a bliss… and we would recommend this to others .

The location is excellent, the design and interior arrangements and lightning was hi class, cozy room and bath with shower and tub, the breakfast is diverse and rich, the sofa bed was acceptable, the balcony had an excellent view to the trees, the jacuzzi was relaxing and the massage quite good!

I didn’t like that the blanket was super thick and the sink got clogged. We had some challenges with the heating in the room, couldn’t keep it down as is was getting too hot. The pool was smaller than expected. The parking was not free, although it was the hotel parking…

Everything - location was amazing. A short walk to the gondola to take you up the mountain. Summer stay so was for walking but was great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were amazing. Facilities on site are great, the small kids room was a great addition. Breakfast was great, lovely spread and lots of variety. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner in the restaurant so can’t comment. Lovely Romanian restaurant at the back of the hotel I would highly recommend! The town has so much to offer in terms of activities and restaurants, we would visit again!
