Moved to Toa from another hotel in the North. The moment you step out of your transport you are met with a cold towel and cold refreshing hibiscus drink , and ushered to take a sit in the comfy seats around the lobby. Briefing and check in was done by Ester the Front office Manager. I liked this personal touch as you dont stand in line at the reception desk. To crown the check in a gentleman approached to welcome me to Toa , the Hotel Manager - Mr. Eric this was surely a nice touch. As it was lunch time , I popped into the restaurant, the buffet was superb, varied and plenty not forgetting the service team who were all smiles and ready to attend to you. Moving to my room, well set room, WIFI super as i had to breifly work. Evening entertainment by pool , very nice , dinner with live station -I can go on about Toa, short stay but was worth every moment . The team makes sure you are comfy and happy at all times- Thank you , Lucas, Esther, GM Eric, Ceclia at front office, Prince - hakuna matata and the bar man at the beach who made a fantastic cocktail. Big up Team Toa. Highly recommended.

This was a beautiful property and it was very peaceful! I got in very late, like 4am and check in was a breeze! I loved the night time entertainment. I loved my view! I came alone and the men there really made me feel very very safe! Even walking the beach, the guards on the beach made sure I was always safe.
There were only two things I didn’t care for and it’s that the ocean water washes up a lot of sea weed on this part of the island. But this property has a couple great swimming pools and the beach is still beautiful. Also it was one guy on the staff who had a problem with me taking one of my meals to my room to eat. He literally came to my room and questioned me then had the meal charged to my room though I believe it was included in my booking. I had been eating regularly and no one else had issue but him. I feel as if I would’ve ate down at the dining area he wouldn’t have said anything. Anyway I just stopped eating the resort food after that altogether.

Boutique hôtel , great facilities , super clean , confortable and spacious rooms very well furnished , staff were simply amazing, caring and friendly dedicated genuinely nice and helpful. Management was also present making you feel that you have a personalised service . Food was varied and great, the beach dinners with dancers and singers were amazing and very well organised. Kudos to the hard work of the staff and management .
Nothing to do with the hotel or the staff , you have to organise your day depending on the tide , sometimes you can swim in the mornings and some days in the afternoon once the sea is back. The organiser of the trips ( spice tour , snorkelling etc…) which works with the hotel can be in the high side for pricing , one needs to be careful and shop around or negotiate.

I was at the resort 15-22 May 24 which was off peak season and it was perfect. I opted for full board so breakfast and dinner were included in the price of the stay. Breakfast was buffet that includes egg station (yay for custom omelet every morning) and always had fresh fruit among other things. Dinner during low occupancy was a menu with some options for starter, Main and dessert that changed from one day to the next. I thought this was a fun way to choose my dinner and customize my dining experience. When the hotel had more occupancy, dinner was a buffet with several different meal options. The food was always delicious! There is a mango, avocado, shrimp salad on the pool bar menu; you MUST try it. Resort offers free wifi that was strong and reliable throughout my stay. The staff was very responsive and always looking to ensure you were satisfied and had what you needed. I went to adjust one of the pool chairs and it ‘broke’ and there was a staff member there in 30 seconds to get me another chair. Francis worked most of the days of my stay and was so friendly and offered wonderful customer service. The hotel has a spa and I took full advantage! Michi is awesome, the prices were reasonable and I was able to make multiple appointments because it was quiet at the resort. There is a small gym on site but I chose to walk in the mornings; the road outside the resort is calm and people in the town are very friendly.
There are a lot of services and entertainment options available at the hotel and they do a dinner on the beach sometimes. I think there should be a tour of the resort or some sort of pamphlet in the room to tell guests what’s available so they can take advantage of everything.

Staff friendliness and the hospitality the managing director (Ali) provided. The food is excellent and good red wine. Pool is beautiful too. Good security. We had an excellent time and recommend this hotel.
Some staff showed up at our private pool uninvited - being helpful and asking if we needed anything but we didn't appreciate the fact that they just showed up from the back of the villa instead of ringing the room doorbell. Secondly, several locals on the beach asking for tour trips or selling items. The security chased them away when they saw them but not always successful.

This hotel it’s amazing! It’s very clean, it’s comfy, the food it’s good… but the best thing for sure it’s the staff. I felt like I was at home! They are very kind and helpful! I recommend this hotel for everyone that wants to relax. Also, they have lots of trips if you’re interested in any. Thank you so much for everything!

A little paradise on earth. An amazing hotel with an amazing team of staff. The general manager of the hotel, Ali always made sure that everything was perfect. All the food is halal, except the bacon at breakfast. The rooms are kept clean, and the housekeeping comes twice a day to tidy everything up. The reception staff were also amazing in specific Said. Also all the staff in the restaurant always made sure everything was perfect.
You have high tides and low tides, so a lot of the times the beach right in front of the hotel doesn’t always have water, but that’s just nature and not the hotels fault.

It’s Kids friendly, they have variety of facilities, the pool is amazing, they have rooms with private pools. Everything in the facility is brand new and state of the art. The plantation around the facility makes the walkways unbelievable. The staff are super friendly and are working around the clock. There is Nannie’s to look after the kids with reasonable price and they are trustworthy. The staff are neat and clean. The place is constantly decorated, the furniture in the rooms are outstanding. They have lots of variety when it comes to food. And they can designate the chef to cater for your need of what you like to eat, especially if it’s not inclusive in the buffet. The recreational facility arranges all type of tours such as Safaris, quart riding, going to the turtles, snookling, horse riding in the beach, kayaking, and many many more. There is an also a facility of being massaged by the beach.
I loved everything

We loved the property. It was beautifully set out from reception, to the restaurant, to the pool and pool bar and then down to the beach. An excellent mix of traditional makuza thatch and modern hotel development. The property is also kept absolutely immaculately clean by a fantastic team of staff. The property and all the facilities look much better in real life than online or social media. Special mentions to Ally, Esther, Cecilia, Kalei, Marian, Said, Hamed, Hatim, Yemesy, Alex, Suleiman, Jeremia, Mohammed, Francis, Chris, Prince and Steven for looking after us so well on our honeymoon.

The hotel is new, super clean and comfortable. Beautiful beach setting and lovey facilities. Rooms are stylishly decorated and the hotel grounds leafy and green. I spent 4 nights here with my family over new year and we had a great time. Staff are all really helpful, friendly and accommodating.
The all inclusive option is a little confusing, sometime my latte was included for breakfast and sometime chargeable. The buffet is not the most inspiring for the money that you pay.
