Room was great. They helped us find a better room than the handicap room I booked. Quiet and comfortable...good area for food other shopping. Close to Lexington.

There was no breakfast included. Not even coffee available in the lobby after 10am or any other time. We do not usually have to pay extra for breakfast when the basic room rate is this high. You have to pay an extra 25.00 for two for breakfast. Stayed two nights. Would stay again because it was quiet and comfortable and good location.

The room was very large, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the 12 noon checkout. The location was great, off the main road, so quiet.

I don't understand why any hotel would not have 24 hour coffee service. This hotel did not. It's such a simple thing, it saves the cost of using coffee pods in the room, and the convenience is appreciated.

When I saw American Breakfast I thought we would have had more of a variety of food. Seems like every dish had eggs. I would like to see eggs on the menu but also just bacon, sausage, grits, pancakes, biscuits and gravy. Example, egg(s), bacon or sausage, biscuits, gravy. Or just bacon, biscuits and gravy. Potato pancakes and bacon would be great. There is a restaurant (Perkins) who has the best potato pancakes. The pancakes come with a couple of slices of bacon and applesauce.

Nightstand was dirty, sticky all over it. The lady checking me in couldn't see the info from my booking app. I had paid for the room prior, and she tried to recharge me 3 times.

Location was ideal for us. We were competing at the Kentucky Horse Park. Breakfast every morning was great. Liked having the restaurant and bar available. And the pantry store was handy, too.

great room size, nice and clean environment, the front desk accommodated early check in.

The breakfast was one of two things - either the continental or "order from the menu". The continental was not appealing. We ordered from the menu instead. My boys felt that the breakfast was very light. They usually like a little bit more. The single waffle for one and the three pan cakes for the other was not enough. May be the portions can be increased depending on the request from the patrons.

The staff was exceedingly nice, especially our server at breakfast, she was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location outside of the city was perfect and it was nice and quiet in our room. Added bonus for the location is there is a really nice playground and park about 5 minutes drive from the hotel. Great spot for families on a road trip.

Room was advertised as having a hot tub in room and paid the price of a room with hot tub but didn't get what I paid for.

it is nice situated off the Highway. there are restaurants all over to eat at. Front Desk Personnel was WONDERFUL!

A chair and ottoman in our room needed clearing, but other than that it was wonderful. It’s a light color so it could have been stained, in which case, it needs covered or replaced. Also, there should have been coffee and cookies or something in the front lounge for travelers coming in off the Highway to their rooms. That would have been a wonderful touch!
