The location was great! Very convenient to travel in and out of Portsmouth. The property was beautiful, very clean as well as the indoor pool. Lobby was cozy with a fireplace and plenty of seating with the accommodation to purchase a variety of different snacks. Rooms were very cozy with a printed accent wall. It's great that there was a mini fridge and coffee maker.

The shower in the room could definitely use an upgrade to maybe something more modern like glass. It would've been nice if there was a brochure of different sitings and restaurants around Portsmouth to do while visiting the area, but there wasn't. Also, the food at the al carte downstairs was very very basic especially the "flatbread." Very bad.

We took the complimentary weekend shuttle downtown both nights and this was great. The gym facility was small but contained all the equipment we needed. We walked into town twice with our 8 year old - it was a good 20 minute walk but fairly scenic.

Accommodation in Portsmouth or near Portsmouth is so expensive, but the town is so nice it’s all worth it. I would have hoped when you’re paying over $200/night that you’d get real cream for your coffee in the room but it was just the powder. It’s the little things, right? I did manage to get some for free from the coffee/food kiosk downstairs in the lobby!

Quite a surprise for us! While the hotel is just off I-95, the set-back and insulation compensated, allowing a good night's sleep. The facilities were excellent although the restaurant was still being remodeled. But thanks to a free shuttle to downtown Portsmouth, with a friendly driver giving good tips, we had a great time. We will come back.

Due to construction, the breakfast advertised wasn't available. Maybe this is why the nightly rate was lower than comparable places.

The bed in room 335 was very soft and indented nearest the bathroom. Should be replaced. Would love to see just free coffee in the lobby with cream or milk, since no complementary breakfast. Also the drain stopper in the bathtub wasn't working so couldn't have a bath.

The location of the property was great; nicely tucked away but very close to downtown Portsmouth and the shopping outlets and restaurants. The property is well taken care of and kept very clean.

It’s unfortunate that the property does not enforce their Guests that smoke to do so away from the entrance of the hotel; Guests that are arriving or leaving have to walk past this and it is not a great impression. The smell also lingered horribly into the lobby of the hotel.

The room itself was very nice. Liked the size of the refrigerator. The shower was good too.

The bed was too soft in the middle, like time for a new mattress. It was dented in the center. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Very bothersome on my neck!

Breakfast was delicious. I had the breakfast quesadilla, and my sister had the breakfast sandwich. We sat near the 2 sided fireplace, which made for a nice atmosphere.

We wished there was a hot tub, not just a pool. That was a disappointment. Also, tap water in the lobby, was the worst tasting water ever! Maybe provide a complimentary bottle of water for each guest at check-in?

The room was exceptional. Loved the extra space, couch and desk space. separate toilet /shower from the sink. Lots of electrical outlets. Bed was great.

One of the reasons we booked here was a good price and the pool. When we checked it out for location around 8:30 all seemed fine, though no one was swimming. Went back to our room and got my suit on and came to the pool, with a sign saying Pool Closed due to maintenance. Turns out it would have been opened at 10 but you wouldn't know that. Should have been posted when it would be open.

We loved the shuttle available to drop you off in downtown.The weather was foggy and the driver Felicia went above and beyond to drop us wherever we wanted. I consider this a great benefit in staying at this hotel,many others don’t,especially since Covid!Thank you ❤️

Comfortable bedding, wonderful staff, fridge/coffee/microwave in room, easy access off highway with plenty of parking, and on weekend nights there is a free shuttle downtown to area attractions. So convenient!

Nothing. Wish there was a hot tub, I guess.
