We had split level apartment (6 people) Apartment is about 25min from Catania in perfect, quiet area with Spar shop cross the road. We had 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms ( bath + Shower in one , second bathroom shower ). Whole apartment very spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen - fully equipped , big fridge/ freezer, big 6 chair table in kitchen area. Living room - sofa bed with flat tv , big balcony with 4 chairs and table. Internet on all resort , not problem at all. Resort is a big and well kept , with a lots of extra activities-ping pong room , gym , kids area. A lots of trees , grass at and around property , bonus nice very clean swimming pool with lounges around. The most important people running CATANIA HILLS are very nice and very helpful couldn’t ask for more friendly and helpful staff , they are always ready to help you. Thank you for your excellent service Catania Hills team your help is always appreciated. Car park : 1 car allocated to the apartment so as we have had 2 cars we had to pay additional fees but we had a good price.😎 If you need something just simply ask , staff will do everything in their power to make sure you have a good time.

Great location, no too far from the city and other points of interest. Very quiet area, apartment must have been soundproof as we couldn’t hear anything. Perfect for our family with to young children. A small supermarket was just in front of the place, which was very convenient. Although we didn’t use the swimming pool due to the weather, it was great to have that, as well as a table tennis and a small room to exercise.

A very cozy area, 15 minutes' drive to the historic center by car. 40 minutes to the Etna cable car. A good supermarket is right across the street. For walking the dog, the park is 200 meters away. Parking right on the territory of the complex or in the garage, or in the open area, if the car is tall. Huge accommodation - we lived on the 2nd floor plus the attic. Hot tub, three shower cubicles, washing machine, well equipped kitchen: great big fridge, big electric stove, oven for those who like to bake something. There is an elevator. Very clean large pool. Good attitude of the administration.

At first, you get into the Minotaur's labyrinth from the parking lot, but then you get used to the large number of doors and turns)))

Their service was great. Staff was very helpful and they try their best to help you in anyway. Plus everyday they spend time to maintain the place to be cleaned and to be more beautiful in garden area and inside and out. Our most favourite staff member was Salvo the receptionist, he is the best ♥️!!!!

Very large appartment with everything you need. Rooms could be made dark for sleeping. Beds were good. Reception service was great. Swimming pool was clean en very nice. Private parking space. Nice neighborhood and supermarkt in front.

Maybe if im picky, I missed some kitchen stuff like siccors, knives and plank to cut vegetables for cooking. We could hear the tv of the neighbors, but they could probably hear our kids.

The apartment was excellent it had everything we needed very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything. Place was very quite across the street there is a super market and another shop perfect for small gifts. Pool was clean and very nice. Will go again for sure no one destination 😊

The fact that a market is opposite of the property makes it more easy to buy food. Also the location is very close to all other areas which you need to visit.

The fact that during the night is not manned. They do not offer breakfast

After cutting our stay short at a holiday flat badly managed by private host (booking.com helped the cancellation without charge), breathing a sigh of relief is what we found from this beautiful residence run by professional staff. Jacuzzi in the room was a bonus. Easy to drive in and out to visit the area outside of Catania, for busy local street selling charcoal-grilled artichokes as well as various tourist destination (we visited Piazza Armerina, Mount Etna, and Achireale). Highly recommended.

Unfortunately it was already the mosquitoes season (the price you pay for summery weather) and got bitten badly during the first night as we left the windows open. Ask the staff in advance if you are worried about being bitten.

Very kind and helpful personell, own garage, protected from sorrounding, close to the Eurospar shop, very big rooms, kitchen fully equipped, 2 TV, very good shops pannineria and vegetables near by.

pool water was cold

The place was very big, it was clean, the pool was spacious (but freezing),parking was easy, beds were really comfortable, and supermarket literally across the street.

This place could be so much better. You have the ability to cook however, only a couple of pots but no frying pans or trays for the oven, no tea towels, only one bin bag for kitchen and one dishwasher tab, only one proper knife and it was a bread knife, no microwave, no kettle, and no toaster. They literally supply you with nothing to cook- no coffee, no tea, no oil, salt etc....you get the picture I am sure. I asked if there were any places nearby to eat and was told it was better to go into town but it is a 20 minute drive. We tried to get pizza locally which was about a 5 minute drive and nowhere opened until 7 pm. The pool, whilst lovely, wasn't heated and despite it being 24 out was absolutely freezing.
