A no frills hotel in the vicinity of Kansai International Airport (KIX) being just a few stops away by train. The hotel itself is only a couple of minutes by foot from the train station. Local restaurants are nearby with convenience stores and a 100 Yen shop at the train station. The is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Great recharge station to catch an early flight the next morning.

The room is very small with barely enough space for suitcases if you opt for a double bed room. The bathroom is small as well. It is a great challenge navigating inside the room with 2 people and 2 suitcases.

Very comfortable and convenient for the airport. 2 minute walk to the station and there are lots of low cost restaurants nearby. It was very reasonable for quite a large room so close to the airport, would definitely use again.

All the windows are safety glass and so you can't see out or get natural light. I assume this is a building restriction although the first time I have seen this on such a hotel. Considering how close it is to the airport English on the front desk (written and spoken) was limited. I really didn't mind as I speak some Japanese but it might be a bit of a challenge for tourists. That said, the lady on the desk was very polite and helpful so I am sure everyone would feel welcome.

Room for one night at the end of our Japan trip: Extremely close to station! So easy for getting an early train to the airport for our flight. The most comfortable bed and cosy room, with a big TV that I could stream my Netflix through and watched cosied up in bed, amazing drip coffee sachets in the room, and big enough room for one night. We were allowed to check in early, around 1:30pm, which was a godsend after an overnight bus from Fuji the night before! Warm, friendly staff. Plenty of good restaurants, bars and a 7/11 very close by. Lots of ‘help yourself’ amenities downstairs if you needed more coffee, towels, toothbrush etc.

This hotel was so clean and great value for money. It felt very new and modern. The free amenities were abundant. The room was really clean and not humid. The bed was really comfortable. This hotel was perfect when staying for a few nights and catching a flight from Osaka airport or 30 min train ride to Wakayama - just a small walk to the metro line. There were fun little restaurants around.

The noise from the Cat Lounge across the street could be heard in the room. Although it is a nice jazzy sound. Luckily it stopped around 1am.

The hotel's a 2-3 mins walk from Izumisano Station (a stop away from Rinku Premium Outlet and two stops away from Kansai Airport). Very new hotel equipped with all necessary facilities, including a hand brew kettle and drip coffee! Tastefully decorated lobby and room, the bathroom is clean and of decent size, the room has enough space to open up your luggage (this is very important/uncommon in Japan!). Definitely a comfy and value-worthy place to stay while catching an early morning flight!

Not much, maybe just the direction of the aircon and better soundproofing if I really need to nitpick

This hotel was great! We requested a late check in that got even later due to flight delays (00:30am) and they were very helpful. The rooms were well air conditioned and clean with all the toiletries you need provided. Small rooms but perfectly comfortable especially for a short stay after a long long day of travelling. Would highly recommend if you’re flying into or out of KIX!

If anything the room was small but that’s quite normal in Japan and wasn’t too cramped at all.

We took the wrong train and managed to reach the hotel after midnight. Called the person in charge at the hotel just before arrival, check-in time not later than 9pm unless notify them in advance which we overlooked, and the guy was so nice to come to the hotel to wait for us and check us in. I guess he must have turned on the room air cond for us, as we felt so comfortable upon entering the room. Will definitely stay here again for future trips.

Nice place, walking around the neighborhood, you get to see how local people are doing in their everyday life. Location is great, just two minutes off the train station.

House keeper left used towels in the bathroom, I brought them to the front desk, the gentleman told me just put them on floor by the elevator. Underneath the bed was some trash maybe from the guest prior to us.

Many great things. The receptionist was really friendly. The room has a nice vibe with the wall and lighting and good size. The kettle is modern, the hangers hook are of a sleek design, the modern temperature controller, there's a small bathtub with good water pressure... the details matter :)

The light from under the TV. I couldn't find a way to turn it off, so in the end, I hung my jacket over the TV and flipped the ends to cover the light :p

Easy access from the airport. Check in was available late at night. The place was clean. At first I was worried about the possible noise as my room was located next to the elevator but it was absolutly fine and quiet. Great, short stay when flying in or out of the Kansai airport.

The bathroom was a little small and not the most prastical but it wasn't a big problem.
