Great location (very close to the airport) if you have any engagements around the area. It is very clean, it is fully equipped with whatever you need, the AC works well and the beds and pillows comfortable.

It is a bit overpriced for being a hotel chain, and it was a bit disappointing to know that they don't have rates for half day or hours. We had a delay on our flight, which resulted in reaching the hotel at 4am. We paid full price for exactly 8 hours of stay. As other hotels globally, they should consider charging even half price for these kind of events, particularly because there are flights that usually land after midnight in Trinidad. It is slightly abusive.

Ok I just have to say that I usually don’t leave reviews unless my visit was extremely bad. I have a lot of back issues so falling asleep easily at any time I consider a blessing. I didn’t expect much from a holiday inn express. I have to say I experienced the MOST GORGEOUS SLEEP OF MY LIFE in your hotel!!!😃😃 EVERYTHING about your bedding was PERFECT!! The bed was perfect firmness! The pillows perfect loftiness!! Comforter just the right breathability!! Sheets cool and silky!! I SLEPT LIKE A BABY!! Next morning I tore off the bedding to see what brand mattress it was that’s how GOOD I slept THANK YOU HOLIDAY INN!!!😊😊

Welp… we were held up for our check out for a dry cleaning change to our room that we didn’t make but it was resolved ( hopefully )🤷🏽‍♀️

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a long layover near the airport. The free shuttle was a great addition and the driver was so kind and professional.

I was not allowed to use the public facilities, such as the gym and the pool on my check out day which I think was not the best service. I arrived just before midnight the night before and had to leave in the afternoon for my flight. There should be more leniency there.

It was overall very good. The only negatives were: 1. The pillows aren't very comfortable(for me). 2. One of the mornings there was a bit of a late breakfast rush between 8 and 9 am and the kitchen didn't seem to be able to cope with the influx of guests that well. This resulted in some delays for items to be replenished and in one instance, not being replenished at all. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and the staff is lovely.

The breakfast was fantastic, the staff was amazing, the room was clean no complaints really. We stayed a few days longer and thought we would upgrade to the Hyatt for the last few days, will never stay at the Hyatt again, terrible experience wish we stayed at the Holiday Inn!

I would say the only thing I wish it had was a toll free number as I'm trying to rebook for another trip but with my kids this time and I would love to call without being charged long distance charges (maybe I am missing the number but I've searched and others have too with no luck)

I loved the location as it was close to where I had my meetings, close to food and colleagues. The room was quite comfortable and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast wasn't very appealing to me. Not a lot to choose from and very salty. They should allow you to add your own salt to taste especially for eggs. The breakfast could also end an hour later.

It’s difficult to reach the hotel for the shuttle when you arrive at midnight. They don’t answer the WhatsApp number so it requires an international phone call. Also, when you get checked in at 1:30-2am with a time change, breakfast ending so early is inconvenient when there are no other dining options nearby.

Answer your WhatsApp with a voice. A text is too nerve wracking when you fly in at 12:30 am and don’t know if the shuttle can pick you up. NOT customer friendly.

The availability of the shuttle to/from the airport and to/from the mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The driver they recommended Rog was very helpful also. The beds were comfortable, and the area was quiet

I liked that the hotel was right by the airport but wished it had been a little closer to Port of Spain. The proximity to the airport was most important for this trip. Next trip we will stay in the city.

Clean comfortable good location

I liked the fact that there was a free airport shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly and well trained. The rooms were well cleaned and the food in the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Trinidad.

There is nothing I did not like at the hotel. However, for the airport shuttle instead of calling I believe instead of calling and having to wait for the shuttle to arrive, there should be an option to inform the hotel what time we are coming so the driver would be there waiting with a sign for the hotel guests.
