I want to start by saying thank you to all staff at Brix orthography hotel, I want to start with Mr. Curtis, and Antonio, for going out of their way to make tea for my girlfriend. Those guys were very nice and polite to us while staying at the hotel. All the staffs who help with the breakfast, I want to thanks you all for your hard work. Food was great. I give it a 10. I want to thanks the entire staffs from top to bottom. A special thanks to the deli ladies. On point with their customer service. I can't remember all the names. I want to thanks Janea, Nikisha. The doorman thank you. The front office clearks and managers thank you so much for making my first ever trip to Trinidad a pleassant stay. Lots of great memories. Rooftop need better food and promotion. Drinks are not that good.

I absolutely loved Nekeisha and Jenee the ladies who works at the coffee station. They were always pleasant and smiling. And let’s not forget Janell who works the front desk who was very knowledgeable of day to day operations, always willing to help the customers. Making helpful recommendations. The day we checked out I asked that someone come up to get our luggage. Well the manager himself came and took the bags down for us. Impressive! Now that never happens in America. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

Limited vegan selections at breakfast and on dinner menus.

Clean, updated facilities, natural surroundings, wonderful staff front desk to exceptional snack bar and The Exchange staff! Breakfast was beautifully setup, great outdoor patio to enjoy meals with family; the pool was amazing, relaxing, great hours, and well maintained; nice seating areas to sit and chat and enjoy a large cookie! Curry chicken dish offered at room service level was a great touch. 24/7 room service kept me sane, and awesome service couldn't be happier. The gym was a plus with updated exercise equipment and ample space to stretch. Appreciated being able to view daily and running tally of charges to the room.

Little to no reference to Trini culture, sliver reflected in fine dining menu and breakfast. Musical selection was quietly played, and sometimes, I had to strain to hear it.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and the food and beverage offerings really good. Fantastic roof bar to watch the sunset and enjoy the ambience. All of the staff were very happy and wanted to help.

No bathrobes, a distinct lack of toiletries such as shower cap, body lotion and other things you would expect when paying this much for a hotel room. Housekkeeping wasn't great, they would take towels and not replace them. Not empty bins or replace water. On day I asked for water at 4pm and it stulol hadn't arrived by the time i checked out at 13:30 the next day.

Liked everything about our Brix stay the comfort and the communication, I received on arrival from the staff. Customer service was very helpful and accommodating. The service is exceptional, and the hotel was well maintained. Cleanliness and being treated well was memorable. I would love to stay at the Brix again and that would be the plan on my next visit to the area.

The elevator was a bit confusing to work at first. But after learning how to use the elevator to get to various floors, it was very good experience.

The room is spacious and tidy, beds are firm and comfortable. I had no trouble during my stay. The breakfast buffet had a really great spread everyday. The gym is decent sized, clean, and has some essentials which is good.

I wished that the housekeeping staff were more efficient and the bathroom could've had more toiletries. I also wished there was a spa on site. The pool was good but I thought it was bigger based on the photos.

I was thoroughly impressed with the morning spread at the hotel. The breakfast area was well-organized, and the food options were diverse and delicious. There were both hot and cold selections, including fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, and a variety of hot dishes, which ensured there was something to suit every palate. The quality of the food was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the made-to-order omelets and freshly brewed coffee. The attentive and friendly staff in the breakfast area made the experience even more enjoyable. In summary, the hotel offers a top-notch breakfast and a superb location. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Port of Spain . Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, you'll find that the combination of a great breakfast and an excellent location will enhance your overall experience

Rooms are spacious and comfortable

The rooftop bar is underwhelming, and not kept to a standard as the rest of the hotel seems to be . Also I had mentioned in both the booking and in person before bringing my wife , that is was our anniversary and if there was anything the hotel could do , I offered to pay extra for anything they could do to make it romantic etc, got no help no response and wasn't acknowledged. Also was disappointed on a Saturday night the restaurant closed kitchen at 930 which we were forced to go to the avenue to get dinner .

The Brix is a Business Hotel located near the Savannah - central and quiet at the same time. Shortly before my departure I had a dress in the laundry and it got lost. It couldn`t be located until we had to leave. However the statt found the dress and sent it from Trinidad to Germany. That was great service and was much appreciated.

AC was too cool for my taste, especially in the restaurant. Due to the AC you cannot open a window in your room which is perhaps understandable, but I would have preferred to open it.

Very service-minded and friendly staff, elegant rooms and facilities, nice pool area, good breakfast, very comfortable bed and rooms and the best hotel gym I have ever seen. The lady at the breakfast even remembered that I don't drink coffee after the first few days and brought me tea instead ❤️

I had some trouble with extra costs being charged by the hotel to my credit card that weren't right, summing up to several thousand TT, which was stressful. But, once we asked about it and straightened out what was what they fixed it without any more issues.
