Well, myself and Mike really enjoyed ourselves The young lady who works 7 am to 7pm Is really super cool and she's very helpful with everything, Thanks for a wonderful job 😀 I truly appreciate it, I keep forgetting her name she is doing a wonderful job I must admit that 😀 Also The night front desk guy Joseph he is a very helpful guy and helpful as well 👍 Not forgetting the security guy at the door, I don't know his name but he's a very helpful person.

The owner Mother in law made roti for me due to the fact I was asking and she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable 👍😀 Also not to mention the house keeper's always making sure Mt bedroom clean and comfortable 👌

Everyone was helpful but there was one front desk attendant that was especially helpful and even let me keep my bags in the back after a late checkout. The room was big as well. The pool was definitely a reprieve as well as the bar... the attendants were really accommodating and fun. The hotel was close to markets and food trucks and the main road. The inclusive breakfast was good to have as well.

The room while big was outdated and had some water damage. Limited breakfast and they ran out of items a couple of times. Pool area could benefit from some renovations and a day bed. The lobby also didn't smell too inviting but I think it had more to do with lingering guests. Wouldn't recommend walking out alone at night especially as a female solo traveler. Nothing happened but just a feeling...during the day is fine though!

Ria and the others at reception desk sure made lasting impressions on my husband and I. We always looked forward to the breakfast The room was clean, very large compared to other hotels we've previously booked Definitely booking there again... thanks to everyone for such a wonderful experience. Metro you should be very proud of such an efficient team!

Finishing touches, there were some repairs which could've been done to the furniture in the room. The idea of going through the front of the hotel to the pool was a turn off so we did not use the pool. There should be a back entrance to the pool.

Excellent customer service. Joseph went out of his way to make sure my stay there was a good one. He even collected packages from friends when I was not around for me. He made me feel like family.

I would have loved more local breakfast. Everything else was amazing. Don’t get me wrong their breakfast was very tasty! I am just saying I wish they served more roti and trini food

Staying at Metro you won't regret it, lovely staff, location the massage chair is fight for. With everything close due to Covid-19 the free coffee vending machine was a savior, dont ever remove it. My husband and myself have been to alot if 5 star hotels and Metro in our book could be that as well when everything resume. We're that happy the be here. Our now favourite place to be when coming to Trinidad.

I didn't like how there were no pancakes, its my go to for breakfast.

The amenities are great. There's a pool, grocery store and fast food nearby, and breakfast included are attractive. The rooms are spacious and the little touches like the custom house slippers adds luxury to the experience. It's easy to find and is in the center of things without compromising privacy.

The stay didn't live up to our last visit which was disappointing. Our shower wasn't cleaned, the coffee machine in the lobby was down and the staff seemed disengaged while doing their job.

The main thing I look for when visiting a hotel is how the service is, that determines if I’ll come back. I must say the staff at Metro met my standards and I couldn’t be more pleased. The Venezuelan receptionist was so welcoming and such a delight, the butler was very helpful, the chef was so accommodating and friendly and everyone else that I encountered was very pleasant. I also loved how huge the rooms was that definitely took me by surprise, for the price your definitely getting your money’s worth! I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I’ll be honest the breakfast was simple as I excepted from viewing other reviews but i would of liked more variety, but when it came to taste everything was nice.

I can say yet again that Metro Couva exceeds many expectations The staff are fabulous, reception, housekeeping and the kitchen staff. Hats off to you all...keep up the tremendous work

Breakfast area was cleaned and staff very respectful. Breakfast need improvement.

I like everything about the hotel. Location was very good and the staff were friendly , especially Ria who worked in the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us locate a place to take our PCR test to return home. And was there assisting us throughout the process.

I have nothing to say bad about it. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't tell if it was good.
