I was really only there briefly, but the hotel is nice and I will be back. The historic building is nice, the personnel friendly and helpful, location good. Rooms are ok, nothing fancy. I appreciate the help I received from the hotel in booking an early morning taxi to Warsaw airport. Restaurant is very good both food and service.

It is a little hard to get into the building with luggage since there is no ramp and a flight of stairs. And there is no one there to help.

Quiet and comfortable room. Nice staff. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. Add the breakfast to your room for a minimal charge. It really was EXCELLENT!

I liked the hotel very much. Great location. 15 to 20 min walk to the old town of Lublin. Absolutely gorgeous city. People are so friendly in Lublin. Maybe my favorite of so many lovely cities in Poland.

At first I would like to say this hotel it really very good with everything. The room is very big and so clean and everything inside the room it was very good . As for breakfast it was really very very good and the staff is really very good .and is very near to city center and everything it was perfect .so soon I will be in this hotel again

Everything it was really perfect in this hotel

The stay at the hotel was wonderful, very cozy, calm, the staff was excellent, they helped in all cases. For breakfast, there is a large selection of dishes, you can choose everything you like. Dinner according to the menu was also delicious. Convenient location to everything you need (city center, shops, shopping center, bus station, public transport stops nearby in any direction) Thank you for a comfortable stay and wonderful staff.

The room was very comfortable, the restaurant meals were great and the staff were lovely. The building is beautiful. I would like to have had more opportunity to learn about its history - maybe include a booklet in the rooms?

I didn't think the breakfast was great and should be included in the cost of the room or a paid breakfast should have had more options for cooked food. Also, there should be an option for booking the sauna or for having a women-only sauna.

The breakfast was exceptional. Overall, it was a very good experience. Bear in mind, this is an eastern-european 4-star hotel. It would be more accurate to rate it as a 3-star hotel, but for the price, I definitely had nothing to complain about.

Nothing really

Breakfast options were great. Lots of choices. The hotel was within walking distance to Old Town and shopping center. Bus stop was conveniently located in front of the hotel. There was also parking in front of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ilan, starting from parking, then explanation and customer service at reception. The room was tidy and with one big bed as requested. In the morning we have enjoyed the breakfast which was very vast in choice from omelette to salads, pancakes and so on. Next day I went for a gym and sauna which are also quite decent for a casual drop in. Really recommend!

Very friendly staff, big and clean room and bathroom, perfect breakfasts, very good location - around 8-10 min to old town and bad station .

Everything was very good

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the city center, as well as several bus stops. The room was comfortable, relatively large and very clean. I liked the design of the room space as well. Overall, I have very nice and pleasant memories of my stay in this hotel.

I had to ask for towels when I used them on reception, but got them immediately.
