The Garden room was absolutely beautiful, equipped with a coffee machine, smart TV, blankets, robes and everything you could possibly need. The view was lovely, room was massive (think full-size studio flat) and we were a 5 minute drive from Oostkamp train station, where we got trains to Ghent and Bruges. Conchita was a wonderful host from the moment we arrived, very welcoming, easy to get hold of in advance with any questions, showed us around the room, gave us lots of information, and served a gorgeous breakfast! Thank you so much Conchita!

A little out of town, which suited us well. We were in the"Barn" extension, may sound basic, but far from it. Spacious, comfortable, well appointed, with character.. private with an ouside seating area looking out over the fields and forrest catching the afternoon and setting sun. Very tranquil, "William Turner" like softness. It'd be difficult to better the breakfasts, Individual fresh fruit salads, bread, cheeses, sliced meats and encouragement to make "take-away" whatever you wished for a later snack (more like a meal). Aluminium foil provided.... Ever experienced that before ? Lovely hostess, quite charming and helpful with suggestions and directions.

Nothing. Hard to pick for the sake of it. Shower was tepid and gentle, sort of depends what you're used to. Did the job though.

This was one of the best experiences, staying in the house of Conchita. Starting with our small beautiful suite, all made amazing and with love, then the nature and really amazing views, and going to the wonderful woman that owns this place. I will reccomend to everybody this place not only as great place to stay over night, but as an amazing place to meet amazing people! Thank you Conchita!

The only little thing, which is not the problem of owner, the bridge next to the hotel is on reconstruction. So going there by cal LISTEN TO EXPLANATIONS OF CONCHITA! I didn't do it, and it was my big fault :D

Conchita was absolutely lovely - extremely warm and friendly. We had a great 24 hours here. Breakfast was wonderful! For anyone bringing a car there is loads of parking Walking - It is 50 minutes to Bruges with a beautiful canal walk Bus/Taxi - easy options available.

Fantastic location for cycling. Garden room is nicely separated from main house as has 2 lovely outside sitting areas which were so peaceful

The breakfast was delicious and more than enough, the location is perfect and amazing. We loved waking up to look out the window from the bed just stunning.

I don’t think anything could be better. Also I would not change anything.

Our 'Garden Room' was spacious, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. The BnB is situated in quiet countryside beside a wide canal along which we could cycle to nearby Bruges and, on the next day beyond Bruges to Knokke at the coast where we are absolutely delicious mussles.

I don't think we would change anything
