Very cozy residence situated in a very safe neighborhood. The staff were very courteous and polite, the room was spacious and the AC units are extremely efficient for anyone who would be wondering. The owner offered to drive me to the airport on my second day to pick up the luggage that the airline had forgotten to bring. It was very nice of him.

If I had to write anything in this section, I'd say I got bored of the breakfasts after 3 days and then got my own groceries. There was though, a cook on site and there was various choice of meals for lunch and dinner, and also an outside bar on site.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and assisted me to get to the airport on time. The facilities were great and my room was bigger than expected (great value for money!) and even though I arrived a little late due to airport delays the restaurant/bar was still open and I could get something to eat and drink.

There was a very bad smell around the property due to the rain that caused accumulated water around. Thus, being around the pool or the bar was difficult, and it was simpler to stay in the room. That was a temporary problem through as I came there previously and it was all fine. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Residence Helios is well located and can be reached easily. The street is very calm - no traffic. The staff is helpfull and pleasant, the owner is available in case you need help or support. Great welcome - the hotel collected me from the airport upon arrival. The shower in the room worked well and the facility was very clean. Good Wifi. Prunelle (the pet in the garden) is a nice touch !

Great location, kind and helpful staff, comfortable facilities and great food and cocktails. Despite very late check in, (2 am!) all of the staff, including the restaurant, waited for me and made sure I had smooth check in and even dinner. really felt pampered all along my stay!

I had two stays at Residence Helios. For me the location was perfect, the place has great aesthetics, the room and bathroom are spacious, neat and clean. The staff is very nice. The garden, restaurant and pool side bar are a nice treat. The neighborhood is secured and parking was available in the garage both times.

The AC did not cool the room down enough to get a comfortable sleep.
