The bed was huge and very comfy. Plus blackout curtains meant we had a great sleep. The room was really clean. The shower was good and there was also a small bath. The breakfast was tasty and had loads of choice . The staff were friendly and helpful. Pool facilities are a brilliant extra perk. Lots of free parking onsite too.

The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work and there were no heated towel rails/racks or coat/towel hooks in the bedroom so en suite stayed very steamy for a long time and it was difficult to dry towels out between use. Towels were replaced daily so it wasn't a big problem but would have preferred the option to be a bit more ecofriendly and reuse them. Breakfast was also a bit lacking in vegan options for some of our family members - things like hash browns and mushrooms weren't vegan friendly, which feels like it could be easily rectified. Some rooms also suffered from noise from neighbouring rooms and outside at night.

You need to upgrade the rooms vastly, the room window did not shut correctly, letting draughts in and the heating in the corridors leading to level 2 and the room did not work t all despite me reporting it to the reception, of which I was told a new boiler system had been installed and it would work later. IT DID NOT and never did in the 2 days I was there. WHY PLEASE ? all staff were excellent and no complaints at all. You has a company are letting them down and should listen to past reviews on this subject and not listen to your Shareholders . I shall return in a couple of years to see if you have actioned my and others reviews on the upgrades. You are being left behind and that will not please your share holders will it.

What went well. Great service from the ladies at reception. The room exceeded expectation except for one matter. The loo roll in the bathroom was knocked on the floor on two occasions as , I think< it is in the wrong place. But no doubt some graduate who is experienced in this matter would probably disagree. Please could someone explain why the toilets are ALWAYS so low. For an old crock like me who is disabled and 6 foot plus it seems a long way down to meet the seat. The food was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. the room was clean and tidy and a very comfortable bed (The previous night was spent at another hotel (Not your group) did not have the central heating on !!!! I shall certainly like to stay with this hotel in future. Thank you.

Very clean, attentive and friendly staff, wonderful heated pool and jacuzzi, great easy parking, very clean, good fast lift, nice green space to sit outside and eat if you like the outdoors, yummy food, we would stay again and recommend

Nothing major, we stayed 4 nights and a few little things needed attending to, this was done quickly and without questions. My daughter wanted pizza and every night we were told it’s unavailable by wait staff but they didn’t know why even though there were many different pizzas on the menu. Tried to get delivered but we were out of area. Would have preferred a shower as bath was very slippery. These didn’t spoil our trip, we were very happy

Having found out my wife was disabled they transferred us to a disabled access room ,it was excellent the shower for disabled was very well thought out it had a seat it had grab rails and emergency cords the water stayed at a warm rate never going to very hot which can be dangerous for disabled room , the bed had emergency buttons to push if needed very well thought out excellent,food in restaurant was great ,lovely grounds outside we liked everything about this hotel ,would come back again.

There was nothing to dislike plenty of parking spaces lifts to access all floors, I would consider getting a disabled access room with a view if they have one.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent 👌 Staff quick to clear tables and set on a busy Sunday morning. Size of family room (we were Suite 2000) Plenty of tea/coffee/milk in room, which is unusual...you normally have to ask for more.

Parts of hotel do need updating! Bathroom sink cracked, shower spurting from pipe and toilet basin could have been cleaner. Didn't feel room was thoroughly cleaned as found a small piece of plastic on bedside table on arrival. No lift where our room was and two flights of stairs to get to it, however it was the quieter part of the hotel so couldn't hear as much of the party going on so swings and roundabouts 🙂

The location was lovely for easy travel for my Mum who has low mobility to walk or use lots of steps . Loved the very pretty layout and it was perfect for my Mums Surprize Nutcracker day adventure at Leeds Castle . Also the stay in very lovely cosy room and breakfast . Thank you also to be abke to leave our cases in advance that day . But totally lively and staff

There really wasent anything me and Mum didnt like for our stay . It was really perfect location and staff lovely to help with research questions before Mums christmas surprize stay

The setting the staff were super helpful and friendly, and facilities were excellent.

The fact that there was a wedding happening, and we weren't told about this, and our room was opposite the venue doors on the 2nd floor! And with all the extra noise and fighting we didn't get any sleep until about 1.30-2am After about 18hrs driving. We were exhausted and quite disappointed. About this fact. Oh and the TV wouldn't turn on I suspect that the remote batteries had gone. Next morning being told we had to be out of the room by 11am was very disappointing Next morning the full scale of the wedding was apparent, glasses and rubbish everywhere. Dirty nappies left on the carpark. And human excrement.. it was utterly disgusting. God help the staff that have to clean this disgraceful mess.

We have stayed here several times due to its location and value for money. The staff were really friendly, helpful and professional. The room was quiet and had everything we needed for a one night stay, including a bath. The bed was comfy and there wasn't anything we needed but didn't have. We had breakfast included in the price, which was great. There was, as always, a good selection of hot and cold foods to select from. I really cannot fault this hotel and will definitely stay again when I'm next in Kent.

There were some dirty plates left outside the room next to ours and it was there for a couple of hours. It was a Sunday afternoon, so there might not have been many staff on duty.

Good comfortable room. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast was included in our room price and was of good quality. Staff are lovely.

Room could have been cleaner, there was quite a bit of dust on bedside tables etc. One real gripe, the food in the resturant was really not very good. This is sad becasuse the breakfast WAS good. Whilst you expect hotel food to be expensive the price was quite excessive. I don't mind paying over the odds, but the food was really bad. We had a cheese and pickle sandwich (with the smallest garnish of salad, no crisps etc), a fish finger sandwich (that was so overcooked you could hardly bite into it) and two halfs of larger. This came to over £27. This is the second time we have eaten here and have had a bad experience and I personally wouldn't waste my money on doing so again.
