Check out lady from the front desk, indian-ish, very rude and arogant. I book my stay with breakfas and iI did a sandwich to eat it on the way to my car at 06.30 (verry early i needed to go) and i was put to pay 15kr extra, because i take the sandwich out of restaurant. That is crazy, to pay extra for my already payed breakfast. I was on the point to throw it over the counter to the lady, but this time i was in a good mood.

The hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the station and right across from the cinema. The location was perfect and really close to the city centre too, with a pokebowl food place next door. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were big and clean. Definitely worth the price, which was pretty cheap for what you get! Breakfast was nothing special but it was fine. It is not included in the price before you get there though, so you have to pay extra. You have to pay extra for an early check in too. The staff was nice and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. The bathroom was also very nice and spacious with a nice shower.

The food was nothing special Fire alarm went off at 7am The pillows gave me a rash but not my boyfriend but maybe bring your own pillow case just in case. Everything was really clean though so I was surprised by this. No communal bathrooms if you both need to go to the toilet.

Super friendly and helpful reception staff. Suitable free offroad parking for motorcycles. Great location within the town centre and is very easy to find. Small yet comfy room with everything you would expect to find at the price point plus nice and clean. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of hot and cold foods.

Patience was required for the lifts! There wasn't an obvious stairway to the uppermost floors.

The hotel is right in the center of Vejle, 2 minutes walk from the bus and train station. The reception is opened 24/7 and they have storage room for the luggage. Prices are good. Rooms are small but have everything needed. They are super clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff at reception is super kind and helpful.One of the ladies at the reception even printed me the bus schedule for the airport. Thanks for that! :)

I liked everything. I will only mention a very small inconvenient: I could hear the noise from the corridor, other doors shuting or opening.

Location was excellent, close to the town centre, the Fjord, the windmill and bus station. Staff were very welcoming and even allowed us to make use of luggage storage after we checked out. Lighting in the room was very good due to the buildings height.

Had a double room but the bed was just 2 single beds pushed together which isn't a huge issue but they supply you with two single duvets so even though I paid for a double room I only ended up using one half of the bed. Even so, the bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.

My family spent a few nights in a triple room, which was on the top floor. The room was spacious, comfortable and had an amazing view. The location of the hotel is in the city center, a few minute walk away from the station. If you are travelling with your family and your main goal of the visit is to go to Legoland or Lego House, this hotel is perfect for that kind of trip (it took us only 30 minutes by bus to get to Billund). Also, bonus point if you or children love waffles - at breakfast you can make your own. I have been in almost every country in Europe, but this was the first hotel I stayed in, where you can get freshly baked waffles. There are glasses with prepared batter and a heated waffle-pan.

Before departure to Billund airport we wanted to put our luggage in the storage room for a few hours. However, when we went to the room, it didn't look very safe. The outer door did have a lock with a four-digit code, but there were no individual lockers or anything close to that, so basically, any other person staying at the hotel could take your belongings from the storage room.

They moved my room quickly when I reported an issue. Staff was great. They had my clothes sent out, cleaned and delivered same day. They extended my day when asked. Breakfast was decent.

First room had what looked like wrappers and food under the bed. I didn't notice until evening when I sat in the chair and saw the view under the bed in the mirror. The second room had nails openly sticking out in the closet. I didn't say anything but a repairman did ask me one morning if I was comfortable with him repairing it so they must have had it on a list to be done. I appreciated that he was willing to wait until I checked out.

A few minutes walk from railway station, further from the town centre where shops, churches and most bars and restaurants are (although a handful are nearby). Breakfast served from 0700 at weekends, 0600 weekdays and has a good variety of hot and cold items. Friendly English speaking recpetion.

Everything was as expected. The room was very tidy, and the bunk bed was surprisingly comfy. I had a huge bathroom, almost as huge as the room itself. The view from the 11th floor was very lovely. The location was perfect, right next to a shopping mall and the old town. The room had everything that was promised. The wifi was working well too.

The elevator was quite loud in the room I stayed at, but not much could be done about it, I guess. It was quite chilly in the room but not cold enough to be a big issue, I just had to wear a sweater. The breakfast felt very poor, I would skip it next time.

The hotel is very well positioned. Right next to the train station and bus station. Across the street from the Mall, but where the pedestrian streets begin. I rented a room for 2 adults and 2 children on the 11th floor, with a double bed and two bunk beds. The view from above of the city, very beautiful. The room had carpet on the floor but with the strict necessities.

We didn't like the bathroom. The bathroom is small, the shower and the toilet together, separated only by a shower curtain that didn't do its job, the water got everywhere. The bathroom door had a 5cm gap at the bottom and you could hear everything you did in the bathroom and the very thin plywood walls. The breakfast is very little and poor.
