Location was great, room size very comfortable and staff were excellent and very helpful especially with parking. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and staff were very pleasant 👍

The rooms could have had some tea and coffee making facilities which would have been more convenient than asking the young lady at the front desk for a cup of tea on a couple of occasions.

A repeat visit from me. This is a lovely, good value hotel with friendly, helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. The location is excellent for the Altstadt. Staff kindly made sure my bike was securely stored overnight. I recommend this hotel heartily!

Really recommend this hotel. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Good value. Helpful, friendly staff. A superb breakfast. Very centrally located for all sights in the Altstadt. About 20 mins walk from the Hauptbahnhof. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. We were lucky that we could find parking on a nearby street. The bed was comfortable. The floor was not carpeted. Breakfast was excellent.

There was no guaranteed parking, we just got lucky. The room was rather small, and there was no coffee or tea and no mini bar or fridge in the room.

My third time staying here. Quiet, comfortable hotel with really helpful staff. I really recommend this hotel - especially for solo travellers. Very good breakfast in a nice breakfast room. Easy walking distance to the sights of the old town and to the Residenz.

The hotel is very quiet nice area. The location is exceptional I didn't use any transportation and did all my visits, errand walking enjoying the amazing city of Würzburg. It is a walking distance of BHF and almost all city attractions.

The team working at the hotel is very helpful and friendly, located in the old town and 15 minutes on foot away from the main train station

Breakfast is very restricted both in food and in quantities. Although you mention your breakfast time (you are unfortunately committed to a timing) so that the reception can plan breakfasts without queues, at 9.30 (breakfast ends at 10) many things are already missing and do not get replaced or if some get replaced,they get replaced late,after you have waited or chosen something else. I would not book breakfast if i stayed at the hotel again

This is a typical European hotel with neat and clean rooms and everything you need to be comfortable. Beds were very comfy and bathroom, while small was very efficient. The front desk staff is very helpful and personable. The location is excellent and situated within minutes of the river, good restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay there again. It’s a great value!

From making the reservation to leaving the property, we were treated to several of the best hostesses that we have ever encountered! When we walked in the door, we were greeted by Sabina by name . . . before we had a chance to introduce ourselves. (Still wonder how she know who we were!). We were treated as if we were old friends by the attractive and smiling hostess. Exceptional! We didn't know that the two hostesses would become very helpful to us in ways we couldn't forsee. We had difficulty with our car during the stay, and both hostesses went out of their way to help us out by contacting the car rental company both in the evening, and again in the morning. They spent a great deal of time on the phone and arranged for a "yellow angel" to come to our rescue. What could have been a very stressful time was greatly diminished by their very personal care and concern for us. They both went far way and beyond the call to see that we were able to continue our trip through Germany. I don't know when we have ever been treated quite so well on our travels . . . and we travel a lot! We both even received a hug from our hostess as we left. When's the last time THAT has happened, huh? Beside the exceptional hostesses, the room and facilities were very clean and light. Breakfast buffet was very adequate and the staff was attentive. We would definitely stay with them again if we return to Wurzburg!

Can't think of anything that I would change. Maybe free parking would be a welcome addition. But that's a very small request in light of what we received. You can park free in front from 7 pm to 9 am every day. That works out well if one is sight seeing and eating out during the day.

The room was very clean! Are the beds were comfortable and the size of the room was good. The location is also fantastic as it's right in the center of Würzburg and you can walk everywhere.

The toilet door was just a sliding glass, see-through and eventually it wasn't a proper door as it wouldn't close properly which I find very uncomfortable.
