Breakfast was great with lots of choices and good fresh coffee. The room was spacious with two double beds, very clean / like new linens. A non slip bathtub mat was provided. Parking was convenient- right outside our door.

The toilet could have been taller eg the 'right height' type, more suitable for seniors. We rolled up a small area rug and put it aside for the days we were there.

This appears to be a family run motel/inn. The persons checking us in were so nice and helpful. Our room was nicely renovated, clean, very comfortable, and had a nice shower. Each room had an assigned parking space. While we didn’t have time to partake of breakfast, a nice selection of breakfast items were provided. Don’t be put off by the older motel/inn sign; the rooms are very nice. A perfect overnight place before catching The CAT to Bar Harbor or spending a few days in Yarmouth.

Located a few minutes out of town, east to find. Looks unassuming from the outside but was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the staff was kind $& helpful. Not fancy, but it’s a motel. I’d stay there any time. Bathroom had great pressure - and all the amenities.

No closet? But there were two luggage racks, a large table , couches and chairs.

The staff were very friendly, the continental breakfast was more than what we expected, the room was clean and bed was comfy. Would have liked to have chairs outside our room, as there were a few outside others. Would have also liked a coffee maker in the room. Location is great and close to the Cat.

The exterior could use some upgrades.

The people there were very pleasant. This was our second time staying with them. They found that out when we checked in early, due to the rain. We we're traveling by motorcycle while there, so they put us in the honeymoon suite. Which was a bigger room with a bigger sofa. The owner/operator came in early the next morning so we could get a breakfast before going to board the CAT.

nothing really. we would have like if it had indoor pool, be we we're looking for an inexpensive place as we had to stay an extra day in the area, due to the CAT not running that day because of the weather.

Everything. The room was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Everything worked as they should. The continental breakfast was awesome. All food was fresh, well prepared and plenty. It was well worth it. And the staff were exceptional.

Nothing other than more time there but that was our decision,. lol.

The staff were very friendly and easy to contact. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was furnished with a fridge and microwave to keep our snacks and food cold and to warm up our dinner. It had enough shampoo, conditioner, and soap for each traveller.

We didn't stay long enough to explore the town.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well organized, The sofa was a welcome addition to the space. The bed was well made and comfortable. The continental breakfast the following morning was well stocked and offered all the essential breakfast foods.

The room had been remodeled fairly recently. Appreciated the no carpet flooring and a couch to sit on.

Booked through booking.com which said breakfast was included with the room. When we arrived and we enquired about it, we were informed that breakfast is not available until June.

Very comfortable room with exceptional staff and service. We took the CAT ferry to Bar Harbor Maine from Yarmouth and went on as foot passengers. We were able to leave our car and Peter, the host, drove us to the ferry. He was very courteous, informative, and helpful and even offered to pick us up on our return, which he did. He could not have been more considerate and helpful and made everything very easy for us. We also appreciated the lovely breakfast they provided. Thank you Peter and best wishes
