I liked the location and wildlife on the property along with the different things to do like archery , pool , table tennis , and mini golf .

I didn’t like that people were constantly trying to sell us something while on vacation . We declined their vacation time share option because it wasn’t really a good deal based on the fact that only two all inclusive countries - Mexico and here . We just wanted to relax yet after declining staff was really rude and dismissive and tried calling us poor even tho we had to money and chose not to . Also it was vendors on site trying to get us to buy things so it made us really uncomfortable and have to walk long ways to avoid them .

The facilities are well taken care of, everything was very clean and tidy. Rooms are spacious and with good amenities. The property itself has different entertainment options and food places. The little coffee and ice cream shop, the sports bar and the pool bars are very nice.

The quality of the cocktails is very bad, awfully sweet mixers that made them undrinkable. The Dominican and Mexican restaurants are definitely to be avoided which is a shame since those are the restaurants I expected the most from. Not to mention the constant harassment from the employees trying to sell you excursions and activities outside of the hotel. They then don't respond well when you say no. This should be handled better since people who stay here expect an environment of peace and relaxation and not vendors every hour trying to sell you things.

My avaliation: 8,2. The hotel is well located on Bávaro beach, it was renovated recently and everything is new and maintained. We traveled in the low season so it was very quiet, except from Friday afternoon to sunday noon. Chairs available both on the beach and by the pool. For 4 days there was almost no algae in the ocean, but there were 3 days of heavy rain and the ocean was full of algae so I didn't go into the sea anymore. Excellent pool, very good pool bar. We loved the Asian, Italian and Mexican restaurants. The buffet was good, there was nothing missing, as there were many options. It has an ice cream and coffee shop which are good too. All the staff treated us very well, but I especially thank chef Fernando who prepared our meal at Tai, he was also very attentive at the Buffet. Thanks also to Stephanie from the ice cream shop, Emilio, Andris, Esquelin, Sury, Miguel, Manoel, Ana (check-in), Celin, Selin and Marian. Thank you for the excellent service.

Tip: don't go to the resort from Friday to Sunday. Arrive on Sunday afternoon and leave early on Friday. It was full and there were noisy, rude people who didn't know the meaning of the word queue. At the buffet, they jumped the queue, some adults chewed the food and spat it on the floor, and they treated the staff badly. But after they left, the resort went back to being paradise, so watch out for the weekend.

Great service. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. The whole ambiance was amazing. The beach entertainment was so much fun. The buffet and restaurants (we had Mexican and El pilón) were beyond my expectations, so delicious.

Our room was not read/cleaned when we arrived at around 5 PM (check in is at 3 PM). We left to eat and returned around 6 PM, and the room still wasn't ready/cleaned. In both rooms, the bedding, and pillows especially smelled like mildew (definitely needed to be properly cleared/disinfected) Next day we were "upgraded" from 5411 to 2111; the area we should've been in the first place. They had placed us at the Tropical Princess, when I paid for the Caribe Deluxe Princess. When they switched us, they put us in a room with 1 bed; it wasn't comfortable for my "adult son" and I to have only 1 bed to sleep on. I had communicated this to them several times before arriving.

The food was absolutely horrible , we basically ate fries the entire we were there because the food was that bad. We only enjoyed a few items and that was very limited. The little shuttle that takes you around the resort needs a better system. People were literally pushing each other to get a seat and it only ran every 6-10 mins. It should be one coming right after the last one. The pool closes way too early (6pm) it should at least close at 7:00 or even 7:30. Reservations to eat at the other restaurant other than the buffet filled up so quick we didn’t have time to try them out therefore we had to eat at the buffet or the 24 hour bar food. but other than those things I enjoyed our stay.

The location was absolutely perfect, right by the beach and steps from the pool. The staff were all absolutely wonderful.

There’s no designated smoking spot, and as a non smoker it can get frustrating when I’m trying to enjoy my time and it’s ruined by the smell of smoke. I don’t mind if people smoke, I’d just prefer they were more considerate of other people who possibly don’t want to smell their second hand smoke. The food was delicious every night, however they sometimes weren’t labelled correctly and they could use some more vegan/ vegetarian options for people who don’t eat meat.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The beach is simply stunning. However, what truly stood out was the remarkable service provided by the staff, particularly Wilkin and Angel from the lobby and beach bars.

The food and drinks offered were decent, but I felt that they could have been better. I would recommend considering the premium package, as it offers a wider range of options and higher quality offerings. Despite this minor setback, the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Fantastic resort with a ton of things to do - good variety of restaurants and bars, great staff, clean and large rooms. I would stay there again.

That they had trollies that took you from point A to B

How overcrowded it got during the weekend and the locals that were staying there were very rude and would push you to get ahead of the lines in the buffet or at trolly stops.

facilities are beautiful and super clean. They have a lot of animals like flamingos and peacocks around is amazing. The included daycare is super nice perk and the shuttle from and to the lobby is very convenient .

Not all the staff had a service attitude and some either rolled eyes when talking to them. The open bar by the pools is not as good as the restaurant and lobby. Only one type of beer and hard to get a spot on the restaurants and they were not full. Pools closed too early 7pm
