All the restaurants at locations foods were outstanding. Everyday they had a variety of foods that you taste buds would enjoy. The shows at VIK Hotel was very nice.

The weight room was unsafe, The weights were rusted and broken and outdated. I was very disappointed. one of the pools needed work so it was shut down. They need to buy new pool tables they were old and not leveled properly.

I have traveled to the Caribbean over 20 times and have stayed in all types of accommodations from small inns to all inclusive resorts. This property had the best staff of any property I have stayed. The property is old Caribbean with lush greenery, older oceanfront building and public area. The food is plentiful but not for 'foodies'. Simple, fresh, good food. The staff and views are what make this property special. It is a medium size property where you can walk to the beach from your room and never be far from a cold drink or snack. I have been back home for 2 days and the friendly staff is what I remember most. We had an oceanfront suite and had beautiful views. The air conditioning worked great. The hot water was intermittent but so hot outside, you didn't mind a cold shower. If you are looking for a simple, beach, experience with food and drink convenience then this is the place. Quiet at night but went out of season. I needed relaxation and a beautiful property and this was perfect.

Food was adequate and drinks were all local with no name brand alcohol available. I brought a few miniatures of my favorite bourbon but only used 1 while there for 6 days. Beach is not expansive but clean with plenty of oceanfront seating

Thr food was pretty good, different options. The room s were clean and really comfortable. The staff were really friendly. Would Definitely visit again😊😊

It was spacious clean.. friendly staff .. good food .. excellent pools & jacuzzi.. strong drinks

The gym wasn’t up to standards .. area wasn’t clean .. no lights.. it was dark & the weights hasn’t been used in ages .. the excursions was great but it told to me I was getting food to eat which wasn’t provided.. such a let down

I loved the quietness of the resort. It was so relaxing! It's also a beautiful resort and the beach is amazing. It's a perfect place to be away from the world and rejuvenate. Also the ocean view was lovely! The Ala carte restaurant has some good options like the quesadillas and fajitas on Mexican night. I heard the carbonara on the Italian night is really good too.

The rooms are not modern. I wish they were more updated. If so, they would be more comfortable. The rooms make it feel like it is a motel, but when you leave the room you're at this gorgeous resort. The food could also be better. The buffet is not the best.

The hotel is situated on a perfect stretch of white sand beach. The beach isn't too large, which gives it a cozy feel. The food is an 8/10—not extraordinary, but overall quite good. I have no complaints about this place!

There could be more activities—the ping-pong and pool tables are quite old—but our goal was to enjoy a calm and relaxing stay, so we were satisfied. Since the beach isn’t very spacious, people would claim spots by 'reserving' sun loungers and umbrellas with towels as early as 6 a.m. Day tours start at $75, but if the weather is bad, there’s not much to do besides eating and relaxing in the hotel room.

The property was nice, I love the fact that it was all inclusive and the food was really good! Will definitely recommend vik to my friends.

The beach section is the loveliest around comparing to other resorts in the area. The room was very spacious and clean, and there was a good food variety at the buffet. It was a good value for money.

The resort is located far from restaurants and bars, so you can’t really have a go at restaurants and bars. Facilities are a bit run down (the gym had rusty and broken equipments). Drinks are a bit fake as they were probably intentionally almost zero alcohol (spirits are probably diluted, because after an entire day drinking we were still flawlessly sober). Food could be better despite the variety. The entertainment was very poor, especially at night.

The food was good, the location is perfect, the staff is exceptional, they are very friendly, kind and the most time they try to solve any problem. Paulina is the best of the best. She made the reservation for good transportation from airport to the resort and to everywhere and they were always on time. She also made a reservation for our religious ceremony in beautiful church close to the Resort, (My parents' Golden wedding) . My family really enjoyed this time there. The activities at night were good and everything was perfect for family vacation.

Unfortunately This resort does not have handicap spaces, they do not have adapted bath toilets with grabs rails. HOWEVER, They made all their efforts to adapt a bath useful for my condition. I appreciate all support that they gave me there. Thank you Paulina for everything.
