We had the most wonderful stay at The Barns B&B! From the moment we arrived, to when we were warmly welcomed by Amanda, the perfect hostess, who went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was simply outstanding—without a doubt, the best we have had at any place we’ve stayed! Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the quality was second to none. The homemade marmalade was an absolute treat, adding the perfect finishing touch to an already superb meal. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. If you’re looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and truly special place to stay, The Barns B&B is a must! Thank you, Amanda, for a fantastic stay—we can’t wait to come back!

“Everything”, very clean, and pleasing on the eye, bed comfortable and slept a dream. Decor and we couldn’t fault a thing. Great value for the money. The owners were so nice / welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Made each guest very welcome and a breakfast we and other guest at the time could not fault a thing. Catered for my Ceoliac (Gluten free) and super breakfast each morning…We hope to go back again.

The stone walls, beams, just the character of the whole building.. snug bed, we were just a happy couple enjoying everything about the place.

Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Beautifully appointed rooms with many items added for our comfort - reading lamp, plates and cutlery, a small fridge. Very comfortable bed with spotless white linen.

The hot and cold water were variable in temperature (from the basin taps and from the bath and shower attachments), which made for a shower that changed as you stood - from too cold to scalding.

Good parking, great location with lots of places in easy driving distance. Very comfortable and spacious room with lots of nice additional touches like wine glasses and corkscrew, plates with knives and forks, mini fridge and washing up stuff. Excellent fresh cooked breakfast lived up to the reviews including homemade granola, bread and marmalade. Lovely outside space to sit and relax in too.

It met all my needs but others might feel it is a bit isolated from pubs or shops within walking distance in particular with closest a mile away.

Beautifully decorated & furnished room & en suite. Little touches like an umbrella to use if its raining when going to breakfast. Homemade cakes when you arrive ( we had some flapjacks which were delicious. ) Great choice at breakfast all freshly cooked when you order. Homemade bread & marmalade. Hosts were lovely & very accommodating. We would 100% recommend the barns to stay at.

Breakfast excellent. Tony and Amanda were perfect hosts and really looked after us. We felt the location was good. Everywhere we wanted to go was very easy to get to. Our room had everything we needed including a fridge which was very useful. Very comfortable bed. We slept like logs. Free parking. Nice area to sit outside as well.

Wonderful room, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The silent running mini fridge and dinner plates with cutlery were particularly great ideas. The breakfast, attentiveness and service throughout were the equal of a very, very good 5-star hotel. Would recommend to anybody.

Lovely little place in Cromer, was a really lovely stay, no complaints, would love to stay again. Cosy, peaceful, clean facilities, and a lovely little sweet treat left for us to enjoy upon arrival. Delicious breakie included, friendly and accommodating staff.

Shower temperature was a bit temperamental, but otherwise everything was lovely.

The room was great all the facilities you needed Bed was comfortable .Breakfast was really great plenty of selection. Would recommend

The weather was sunny but cold and the heating could have been put on earlier. Once the room warmed up it was fine.

The room was lovely. It had so many little extra touches and a lot of thought had gone into making it really special, being self contained it felt really private. The breakfast was excellent with lovely fresh fruit and tasty porridge for me, and a fried breakfast much enjoyed by my husband. Again, having our own table each day for breakfast was just how we like it. Unfortunately, the weather was not great so we did not make use of the pleasant outside area.
