it was so modern, and absolutely stunning!! the lobby area always smelt so good and was always kept clean. the majority of the staff were EXTREMELY nice, especially the security at the gate - they would go above and beyond for you.

the apps on the tv do not work. no Netflix, no YouTube & even when you try to go on via the web browser it still doesn’t work. also, the cleaners came to do the room & did everything apart from the bath tub which was quite strange. some of the staff acted inpatient or annoyed when being asked for help. lastly if you want food order an hour before you get hungry, they take 10 years to get the food out to you.

Location - is good it's near from the supermarkets, restaurants and cafe Parking - a security with a big smile will assist you immediately where to park Lobby - Another guy who will greet and with a big smile will assist you with your luggage Lobbies Ambiance - There's a lot of chair to sit and spacious , the smell is too good Reception - The staff are very welcoming and attentive, special mentioned to Haroun and Hamdi who assist us for our stay.Excellent service. Room - they give a welcome sweets, Spacious & clean with balcony, small fridge. Wifi Is strong you can even access on the room Food -( We booked for half board) Breakfast is fair enough. Dinner has a lot of varieties they have international and Tunisian Cuisines that taste GOOD (But the drink are not included you need to pay for it) I Love the lady who cook on the pasta station she is very sweet and passionate on what she's doing Pool - are nice they adult and kids pool, we love the pool because it doesn't have a strong smell of chlorine. My son love the slides the only concern only is the floor is too slippery for the kids. Beach - They have the tunnel to access the beach without crossing the street they also have a security from the area. Animation Team - They have the enthusiasm and passion on what they are doing.

-Parking space is not enough for the people who's staying on the hotel. Nothing to complain actually everything is excellent.. Well done to all the staff 💪👌♥️

The rooms are spacious with some having great views towards the Mediterranean. Breakfast choices are excellent and plentiful.

I ordered room service and felt sick the whole night. Still not sure if it was from the food, or the expired can of soda that was served.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff here were so lovely, especially those working on the front desk and the cleaners. The food was nice enough with plenty of choice. We had a very late flight on the day we left and the reception staff very kindly let us stay in our room for the whole of the following day, which made a huge difference to us. Thank you for that!!

A couple of the staff in the restaurant were a little rude, no drinks were included with dinner (not even water) and the spa didn't have a jacuzzi.

Very comfortable rooms that were clean and bright! The cleaning staff came every day to replace our water and coffee, make the beds, and replace towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast and dinner service! It was very calm, inviting and had many delicious options. We felt very taken care of. We used the pool and sauna in the spa (must ask to turn the sauna on) which we enjoyed immensely!

We wanted to use other spa services but the smell in the spa area was a bit musty and didn't feel clean.

Overall stay at the Marriot was very good indeed. Lovely hotel and the staff were excellent provided very good customer service. The reservation manager was very helpful and she did everything to help us. The swimming pools were good and the walk to the beech was only 2 minutes away. There was security around the clock so you felt safe and secure. There was a wide choice of breakfast with different variety. Our rooms were vey clean and comfortable so really impressed. Overall really enjoyed the stay and will definitely book again.

The hotel could do with fresh coat of paint from outside this will give it more attraction

Nice building, modern stil. Hotel was clean. Hotel was close to the Médina. We could walk there. It took us around 15 min.

Our room was not cleaned good. One day we only had towels for one Person. Even after calling the reception, we did not get them. They forgot it. So we had to ask again. One day cleaning lady came at Night around 09:00 pm. Stuff was nice, especially at the restaurant. All inclusive did Not include fresh juices. Such a shame. Drinks were with syrups and not fresh.

I really appreciated the excellent service from the staff, especially the evening receptionist Mohamed, and Chef Dorra for the wonderful breakfast, as well as the General Manager Mr. Mohamed. The location is excellent and the service was very good. We stayed for a week.

The wifi 📶 was so slow in the room

staff was friendly and helpful both at the reception, restaurant and swimming pool. They accomodated us and our little baby and helped us during our stay. The mini bar was not working and a special thanks to all staff for changing it in a matter of minutes. Water is offered every day and there is a fruit plate in the room to welcome us. The food was delicious, a special thanks for Mohamed who made us a customised delicious pasta every dinnsr. Swimming pool was wide and nice to swim in

The number of lifts can't accomodate this many guests. the bed and pillows are not comfortable enough.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was warmly welcomed. I highly recommend the spa, especially the relaxing package. They have a really nice pool and beach area.

It was hard to communicate sometimes, even though English and French were both spoken by me.
