I was there to explore the frank lloyd house and yellow springs area so the location was perfect. I liked the hot breakfast. Staff was helpful. For a hotel that allows pets for no extra fees, it was clean and didn't smell bad. I thought the rooms were spacious and came equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker, none of which I expected. The beds were also comfortable. I've stayed at other hotel chains that didn't have as much going for them, especially when allowing pets. There's a pool as well but I didn't use it.

We were within walking distance to restaurants. We had a longbed, kingcab truck hauling a 24 ft car hauler, parking was easy, thank you for that!

It was very noisy, I could hear other people’s TV, we were right by the ice machine and I could hear the ice falling into the ice buckets. Noisy cars in the parking lot, people talking in the parking lot. Just didn’t seem very insulated.

The hotel was in a good location, with easy access to the interstate and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. I would definitely stay again if passing through the area.

The floor above us was pretty noisy with running around late into the night and early in the morning. That wasn't the hotel's fault, though, and wouldn't deter from a future stay.

The place was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly. The room was nice, not too big or small. The hotel was very close to other places like restaurants and gas stations easily accessible to things you'd need.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the air conditioner kept shutting off with no option to change that

Bkfst, variety was all one could want Mattress for me okay, but wife has back issues and as Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, "there's no place like home". Quiet, sometimes neighbors can be an issue but not, thankfully, during our short stay.

Great parking area even for trucks and RV’s. Helpful staff and decent breakfast to start the day. Walking distance to some restaurant chains and super close to the Clark Co. Fairgrounds.

Side entrance door would not lock and one of the queen beds needed a new box spring.

We liked this place, the room was really non-smoking and clean, and the personal was friendly. Breakfast was included, and they suggested sausage, crumble eggs, yogurt, coffee, tea, and fresh fruits.

Nice room near indoor pool. Pool was warm and accessible. Breakfast options were nice.

Shower head and tub spigot needed repair, they were loose. Not enough towels in the bathroom for our family, only 2 when there were 4 of us.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were outstanding! This is definitely my go-to hotel from now on!

Everything met or exceeded my expectations. I have 0 complaints!

Staff is spot on and we love the location for our bi-annual trip to the Extravaganza. Plenty of parking and lots of food choices close by. Safe place to walk our dogs too.
