Oh my goodness! The stay here was fabulous! I can't say enough good things. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and inviting and this place just feels like home away from home. Out of all the hotels I have stayed in this one is the best! Everything is super clean, the breakfast is amazing, they even gave us fresh baked cookies at the desk. As we left they reminded us to make sure we didn't leave anything behind which was a nice touch also. This is the only hotel we will stay in when we visit Ohio for the rest of our lives. This place knows how to host! Thank you Country Inn, you guys are amazing!!!

The breakfast was delicious. The eggs were perfect. We have eaten many motel breakfasts and thought the eggs here were the best. Nice breakfast room and, even though limited space, very well organized. Also, the waffle irons were in immaculate condition, well kept so batter didn't stick. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. When we decided to stay an extra night, they worked their magic to make sure we could stay in the same room, on a busy weekend.

The location feels like it's off the beaten path, esp if you're coming from I-70, but it's still close to all kinds of stores (including Walmart & Kroger) and places to eat. The general appearance of the hotel was nice and clean. The room was also clean and tidy. There was unopened soap & shampoo, a mini fridge, and microwave. The pool was great at a warm 85°F and the area was kept decent when you consider what a mess it *could* be. :) The elevator was fast and had no issues. Checkout was super quick and easy.

Trying to get breakfast on a Sunday morning was crowded, to say the least. The breakfast area is not set up in a way that allows guests to flow through -- a few of us got stuck in the corner by the wafflemakers, at the opposite corner for juice, or just trying to get out of that side of the room. Seating was limited and some seats are a little too close together unless you want to eat right next to other guests.

YOUR EACH EMPLOYEES ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO THEIR JOBS MY THING IS TOO LOOK IN THE CORNERS FOR SPIDER WEBS NONE SEEN EACH AND EVERY ONE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PEOPLE PERSON YOU SHOULD REALISE THE EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE REWARD THEM IN SOME INTIENCE THEY ARE WHAT MAKES AND HELP YOU HELP THEM I WILL BE BACK IF IM HERE DO SOMETHONG FOR THEM IT ISN'T EVERYDAY THAT YOU AS A CORPORATION THAT HAS EMPLOYEES AS SUCH🐱🐱

The staff was friendly & helpful and the room was nicely decorated and laid-out, plus bonus points for how clean it was, too! The room was super quiet as well, which is always appreciated.

There were very few negative things to say about this place! Being honest though, the pillows were small for a king-size bed. Next time, I'll bring my own big squooshy pillow. :) Also, the coffee maker made a very tiny cup of coffee - so I really could have used a second coffee pod (that wasn't decaf) to make another cup. (Guess I could have requested one or gotten coffee in the lobby on my way out, so no biggie). All in all, everything was awesome.

The breakfast we had was great! All the food was hot and ready, tons of variety to choose from. Glad we were able to have a variety of breakfast drinks as well. The room we stayed in was a King suite and it was perfect size. The older lady who checked us out was very nice and sweet.

We were located on the 2nd floor and it was a bit noisy with the people above us but we didn't mind since they were not loud during the night hours. The first younger woman who checked us in was not very pleasant; she didn't even greet me when I first walked in and said hello. The pool was being renovated so we weren't able to use it during our stay but its alright no harm.

This was one of our best stays on our whole trip. The staff was friendly & ready to help whenever needed. Our room was clean & comfortable. Nice bed with lots of pillows. Great shower pressure in bathroom. Plenty of towels. Hair dryer included. Elevator was a bonus! Nice indoor pool. Breakfast was great. Had sausage, biscuits & gravy, Belgian waffles, cereals, rolls, fruit & juices, & an assortment of teas & coffees. We would definitely recommend staying here. They also used text messaging for comfirming our room & check out.

Only complaint - the freezer could use defrosting. Barely had room for our ice packs.

The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and dining and with easy interstate access. The parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if in the area.

In the above question about price matching expectations, I was expecting much less than what I received. Cleanliness is most important to me, and everything was pristine and spotless and had that nice hotel smell. I bring mattress toppers and my own pillow cases when I book hotel rooms, but I slept in their bed and used their pillows because of how clean it was. They also had little conveniences like USB charging outlet on the nightstand. The location was safe and I had no worries about leaving my high-end car in the parking lot. The bathroom was also large, and I loved the large toilet seat, which is a luxury for us big people.

I have no complaints.

The beds were extremely comfortable. I slept great and my friend in the other bed did so too. We both agreed we slept better than at our homes.... The hotel was excellent.

We had a little problem with the toilet handle needing to be jiggled every time it was used, to stop the water from running constantly....The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The eggs were tasteless and cool, the OJ was tasteless as were other breakfast foods. As compared to other similar hotels, the breakfast was lacking badly....We wish there was a hot tub to go with the pool.
