It was clean. . Beds are comfortable pots and pans are new.

I booked 2 units and were given room 4 and 5. These units are at the end of the block and had its parking slanted so that other cars can exit the premises. As my car is very long and there was another car parked in the middle carpark lot near to the sitting area, we realised that if we park slanted, other cars will not be able to exit. As we had 2 units and only 1 car, we parked parallel parking between our 2 units so that other cars can drive out n exit easily. However we were told off by the staff to park slanted and just walked off without giving us the opportunity to explain why we parked that way.

The room was stunning. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and had everything that you could need. It looked new. The bathroom was everything you could want and like the kitchen looked new. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were warm and welcoming and of course, parking was at the door.

There was absolutely nothing that we could fault this on.

The owners were very helpful, polite, and friendly. They let us know where to grab food from. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was very warm. We would stay again.

The shower had no heat lamps and had a strange plastic cover over the top, by the end of my shower, I couldn't breathe. But don't let these little things stop you from staying here.

The owners were very nice and very helpful. The room was great except the bathroom was an ensuite so quite inconvenient for anyone sharing (as we were). The beds were also a little too soft for both of us. But the room was spotlessly clean and we had a little outdoor seating area at the back looking out on a small garden which we really enjoyed.

Although one of the smaller rooms we stayed at during our trip, the room was clean, quiet, and had everything that we needed.

It's a bit tricky to turn into if you're making a right turn as the traffic is non-stop, and the parking spaces can be better indicated. Also, the wall heater wasn't the strongest, but the electric blankets helped keep the cold at bay during the night.

Exceptionally clean and well-presented rooms. The layout worked well for us, with a queen and a single bed in the main room (and two chairs). We also appreciated the two luggage racks and small side table. The shower had excellent water pressure! We found the kitchenette well-appointed—with a bench and two stools along with everything else you need to manage for a few days away.

The unit was modern, very clean, although a little small and not big enough for a proper table, just a bench from the wall. The bigger (Queen bed) was very comfy and there was an electric blanket on bed. Barry was a friendly and helpful person.

Great little find. As we had a rental car, the short distance from the main township was not an issue. Staff at check in were friendly and very helpful. Room was well appointed, double glazed, warm and comfortable. The motel cat was also very happy to have pats. New World supermarket was within walking distance and The Rec Bar was busy for dinner when we walked past.

- no space to put away clothes. There were a couple of hangers but that is it. For longer stays (over 3 days) this could be impractical - proximity to the road for people sensitive to noise could be a problem

It was spacious and very clean. The shower was great, the bed comfortable. We arrived late in the evening due to a road blockage near Maas (fallen tree), then having to drive back to Wanaka (where we'd stayed) and then forced to take the alternate route via Arthur's Pass. It was an 11 hour trip. How wonderful to be welcomed by Michelle, who couldn't do enough for us. Thank You.
