📍 Very well located in walking distance to several temples, night markets, restaurants and convenience stores. By scooter, you can easily reach the surroundings and get out of the city well for attractions around. 🏠 The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom as well. The bathroom is separated into shower+sink & toilet. The bed was quite comfortable and spacious, but rather stiff as it is common in Thailand.
🔊 If people are sitting in the outside area you can hear them fairly loudly. But this was only a problem for us when we went to bed very early to wake up for sunrise. Usually, it got quiet around 22.00 or 23.00.

Great little place in a central location in Old Town. Amazing price - we stayed in both a standard double and a deluxe queen room and they were great. Queen room has a beautiful shower room separate from the toilet. Standard double has a much smaller all in one wet room, but had a nice window letting in sunlight instead so we were happy either way. Lovely friendly staff and a great attached cafe doing a very nice breakfast and coffees. Definitely recommend if you’re on a budget and don’t want to stay in a hostel.

The location was excellent. One of my favorite restaurants in Chaing Mai, the Blue Diamond Breakfast Club was just down the street, and plenty other stuff to walk around and see. My highlight was the big bathtub. And for this, I will stay again and again when I pass through Chiang Mai. The room itself was simple. Nothing spectacular, but clean and comfortable. For a few day stay, it's perfect.
Room lights too bright with fluorescent lighting. Some dimmer lights or bedside lamp would have been nice for evening time.

Location is perfecf, 5-15 minutes walk from all the temples. Good and cheap thai food, caffee and 7 eleven 2 minutes walk. Bed is comfortable, AC not loud, has a fridge and hot water available on the ground floor. Wifi is also good.
Although location is good, it is not the most quite neighbourhood. Sometimes you can hear live music in the evening, but if you are not going to bed early, maybe it won’t bother you. Walls are thin, I could hear the guy next door yawning. But it seems to me that this is the thing in whole Thailand not only this place. Some night lamp and shutter near the bed would be useful too. Water heater should also be improved as it is really unpredictable whether you willl have hot, warm od cold water all of a sudden.

I stayed in three rooms at the hotel, and it’s worth paying for the deluxe room. The price difference isn’t much, and you get many advantages. The only downside is that this room is on the first floor, so you can hear the sound of people in the lobby. Other than that, it’s an excellent option for its affordability, the hotel is very pleasant, and the staff provides outstanding service.
Everything was great, except that you can hear sounds from the neighboring room.

1. The girls works there are nice and helpful, they also speak good English. 2. You can buy beer in the hostel, which is really convenient, because the nearest 7-eleven doesn’t sell any alcohol (it’s in front of a temple). 3. The location is great! And there’s a popular breakfast shop just around the corner. 4. My room is on the second floor, it got a fine air-con, mirror, private bathroom, good WiFi, a small desk and chair where I can work with my laptop, for the price is great!
The room is a little bit dark for working.

Beds were very comfy and the AC was effective. The staff were friendly and the location is close to the night market / some cool bars.
I booked late in the evening so when I arrived there was no one to check me in (around 10pm), despite Booking.com saying check-in was available until 10.30pm. Eventually this was resolved with the help of a guest who could reach the owner of the property but this took some time.

Big room, great location, and decent price range. We had our sheets change when we arrived as they were not clean and they did it instantly and changed the whole bedding very quickly.
The water stopped working multiple times throughout the stay, and that wasn't the problem, the staff attitude about the water being off was the issue. It was too relaxed, and very careless. But, one lady did apologise to us when we checked out about the inconvenience during our stay which was very nice.

Location wise was really good and clean room, comfortable bed as well.
The pnly think I didnt like despite the shower was big is that how inconvenient the design. There’s no closer area near the shower to put soap and shampoo so in the Middle of shower I had to walk back and forth to get it. I dont recommend also the toilet for old people since it’s a bit elevated

Ideally located within Old Town, close to temples, restaurants, laundry and groceries. Off the main road so not too much traffic passing by, but close enough to main road to be convenient. They also let me store my suitcase for the day after checking out as I was catching the overnight train out of Chiang Mai.
My door didn’t seal properly so you could hear every word being said by every guest as they passed by.
