Modern, clean room with all required utilities such as water bottles, toiletries, towels, pool. Clean bedding. Friendly staff. Cosy atmosphere. Photos posted are of the second room we stayed in, in the newer building.

There are 2 buildings to this hotel, one older than the other. We were placed in the older building first and on the first night there were VERY loud roadworks outside which kept us awake until 2am. The older building is a short walk from reception and we felt a little isolated there. We asked to move rooms because of the roadworks which the staff kindly sorted for us. We ended up in a room in the newer building which was great. We were disturbed a few nights with people closing doors and talking late at night so sound proofing could have been better. We also found cockroaches in the room on our last night.

Daily cleaning was brilliant from the staff with water topped up daily. Size of the room was great. Lovely location. Nice cat that roams around

There were two separate buildings, one for rooms with balconies, one without. Both had a pool. The pool in the balcony building got more and more filthy throughout the week to the point it looked like a health hazard. When I was in it earlier on in the week, powder came up from the bottom of the pool as I moved. It then just got more and more green, and leaves and debris were there. No cleaning was done in 7 days which I don't understand as the pool in the other building was spotless and clean, which we did end up using but had to run around the main street in our swimming wear to get to it

The location was excellent, the pool lovely. The street has a charm of its own, there are Friday night markets in the first side street, and an outside eating market also in that street. There is a laundry service across the road (30 bht a kilo) and laundromat around corner. Lots of eating place close by and we were able to walk to all the attractions, about 15 minutes to the river, everything else closer. The hotel was in the zone for free pickups for booked tours. Great shower! Definitely good value for money.

We had asked for a double bed but were given two large singles - which we pushed together - but it made the already small room a bit cramped. Having said that we stayed for a week and felt comfortable. And would stay there again.

Location was great! Bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in Asia. Price was excellent and the whole place was very clean.

My room had a very small window. I would have liked more natural light. Its also very close to Zoe in Yellow. This is either a pro or con depending on what you want. I could hear the bass from the bars (which closed at midnight when I was visiting). It didn't bother me too much, but flagging for other travelers.

This hotel is excellent value for money! The rooms are spotless, the bathrooms extremely modern, and there is a pool. House keeping every day was great. For breakfast, I highly recommend the cafe next door “Veggie Sist Cafe” for their excellent croissant sandwiches and Thai iced tea! Quiet location in Chiang Mai. We rented a scooter from the hotel for 1 week and it was great!

This hotel is right in the middle of the action where we wanted to be but just off the main road so quiet at night. The room was small, but very nice. Beds were comfortable, lots of storage, air conditioning worked great. Bathroom and shower were also very nice. The pool area is in the courtyard and a nice place to hang out on the loungers or the couches. Staff were helpful and attentive. Short 3 minute walk to Lanna Square and the main street for nightlife.

Really beautiful and aesthetic hotel, friendly staff, great location, the room felt huge/spacious. Pool was really beautiful. The bathroom soap, shower gel and shampoo all smelled really nice. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel would 100% stay here again when/if I came back to Chiang Mai.

I'd give this a perfect score if it wasn't for the water pressure on the bum gun, poor temperature control on the shower and the pillows felt like there was nothing in them, I had to stack 2 or 3 pillows to feel support. But these were all quite minor issues compared to the positives and the price paid.

Love how in the city we were. There was a bunch of coffee shops within about a 2-5min walk. Nightlife and Drinks were only a 5min walk away. You can easily access tons of the old city here. Very accessible and the pool was a great plus here. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the price for what you get here is unmatched. We got a larger room and the ac worked well enough. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone considering the price point and I would consider staying here again if I ever come back for sure.

Hotel is in a pretty good location with lots of small coffee shops and eateries around. Bed mattress was a good medium firmness and a nice hot shower. A very comfortable stay, would've liked to have stayed longer.

Hotel is split into two buildings. One on the main and one on the side street. Reception is on the side street which doesn't make a lot of sense as the main street has a bigger area and is nicer. There is no breakfast option but a restaurant next door does. Portions are huge. Be nice if some alliance could be arranged. The corridors near the entry and pool are a bit like a storage area. This should be cleared up for a better look.

Location was great, the pool was an added plus, and the hotel rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and willing to help.

I had used one of the towels to get some mud off my bag, and the hotel charged me 300 baht (originally 500 baht) for replacing the towel. It was my fault for getting the towel dirty so I accepted the fine and paid it because it was my doing, but I feel like the towels could have been washed/bleached and replaced for less.
