The property is indeed all inclusive. It has all activities you would like for a family. More importantly the team is very professional and provides excellent customer service. Mr. Bahi was very professional and went the extra mile to assist. The room is spacious. Food is spectacular. We enjoyed the visit to this hotel.

There is no words can describe how much we enjoyed in Crystal bay ,The whole staff were friendly and welling always to help..they always aim to check if you need any help before you even ask..Million of thanks to Mr. Sherif Front office manager for his support and efforts and special Thanks for Mr. Bahi from Reception for his friendly hospitality with upgraded room for our anniversary and fast check-in in no time plus the daily support in everything There are unique beautiful gardens every where always clean and shaped . The food was excellent with good varieties there almost more than five restaurants . We tried Dinner in Turkish Mangal restaurant it was amazing with very delicious food , also the Mediterranean restaurant with multiple choices The beach is brilliant with clear sea Thanks to everyone in the amazing Tui blue crystal bay for making our vacation an unforgettable one . We are looking forward to visit them again in longer stay next time .

Nothing Everything was brilliant

Everything! This is our 8th visit to Sunrise Crystal Bay and it never disappoints. The hotel is amazing with beautiful well kept gardens. We stay in the private suites within The Posh Club and the staff there are just fantastic, they just can't do enough for you. However, all the staff within the hotel and restaurants are so friendly and happy and are always willing to please.

The mosquitos biting us on the day we were leaving lol! Seriously, there is nothing that we didn't like, everything was good.

Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort -Grand Select is a immaculate, we booked swim up rooms with all inclusive.....fantastic room and well looked after. All the restaurants want that extra mile for all 11 of us by making special dishes and extra food from the menu. Special thanks to the General Manager of all the restaurants Maged Abu Arab we will never forget how much you actually did for us, he was always around to help. Thank you to Bahi Adel for booking all our La Cart Restaurants in advance. All the bar staff and waiters were very friendly, attentive, and always eager to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. Every morning we was greeted daily by Mustafa Saad during breakfast...Mustafa who really went out of his way. *****Five Stars go to all the chefs and waiters in the Yades Restaurant, Manohar Indian, Mangal Turkish BBQ Restaurant and Elia Mediterranean Cuisine.***** Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for a truly unforgettable stay. We already miss the morning greetings, smiles, and miss you all already and cannot wait to go back!

There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

The hotel facilities were just as I had heard—more modern and sophisticated compared to other hotels in the area. The expansive grounds and variety of dining options were impressive. Despite it being a busy holiday season in December, most of the staff, particularly Mr. Ali, who contacted us prior to our stay, provided friendly and excellent service. That said, the majority of the staff we encountered around the resort were kind and well-trained to offer assistance. The Gala dinner event organized by the hotel on 31/Dec was a delightful way for my family to celebrate the New Year alongside guests from various nationalities. We also dined at the outdoor BBQ restaurant, where the meat was well-grilled with a rich smoky flavor. Most of the food at the hotel restaurants was delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Hurghada in the future

However, the service at Yades Greek Restaurant, which we visited close to its 5 PM closing time, felt slightly below the standard compared to other venues. The cocktails had either too little alcohol or lacked distinctive flavors. So I would recommend trying the local beers instead.

The level of service exceeded our expectations. The staff was consistently attentive, fast, incredibly friendly, and showed a genuine love for children. They had an uncanny ability to anticipate our needs - sometimes before we even voiced them. A special mention must be made of our personal butler, Mina, whose attentiveness and dedication were quite remarkable. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect, and who was always going the extra mile. Regarding the housekeeping, supervisor Aziz deserves our deepest gratitude for his generosity and prompt attention to requests we had regarding our room. Our housekeeper was very kind and attentive as well.Their efforts elevated our experiences. We felt not just welcomed, but somehow at home with dear friends who were striving to go above and beyond. Finally, we left this beautiful place with a heavy heart but also with a strong desire to come back as soon as possible.

We were not particularly fond of the sometimes overly loud music during special events at the pool or beach area. A slightly lower volume would have made the entire event experience much more enjoyable. In the hotel rooms, however, it was quiet. The pillows were too firm and high, but that likely depends on personal preference. While the food in the various hotel restaurants was consistently good, there were a few moments when side dishes, such as salads, didn’t look very fresh - perhaps due to the extremely hot weather… However, overall, everything else was excellent.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay at your hotel. Special thanks go to Butler Mina — his professionalism and love for his work made our stay truly comfortable. He is always ready to assist and resolve any issue, which is greatly appreciated. I would also like to highlight the bartenders at Posh Lounge, Mohamed and Jamal — these guys truly put in the effort, and their attention and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Additionally, the young lady at Posh Lounge with her incredibly beautiful eyes and genuine smile creates an atmosphere of warmth and joy. One small suggestion: it would be great to have piles of blankets near the restaurants — in windy weather, they would be much appreciated. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true getaway. Thank you for everything!

I went to Sunrise Crystal Bay Resort with my mom during her trip to Egypt and we both absolutely loved every second in it! Everything was perfect, from the food in the Turkish and Greek restaurants, to the buffet in the main restaurant until each bar present in the resort (great choice of fresh and original cocktails). The cleaning was impeccable and towels and bedsheets were always fresh - and the room service absolutely super fast and efficient. The pools were well maintained and cleaned and also the animation team was making every day special for everyone. Special mention to Mr Ahmed (manager on duty) who went above and beyond to accommodate every request and made our stay absolutely perfect, helping us in every possible way. This is a resort that I absolutely recommend to anyone, family and friends, with amazing environment-food-beach-comfort and I’ll definitely come back soon ❤️

Honestly the whole experience was wonderful, the food, property, and beach were superb! What really made this property stand out though was the staff! Everyone and I mean everyone was unbelievably nice and polite, we genuinely felt like we stayed with family and not on a resort. From the moment that we booked our vacation we were contacted by Mina and he made sure everything was taken care of , from special occasions to dinner every night, he made sure to give us an unforgettable experience! Once on the resort we met another three amazing people who we feel are now like family! Khalil, Sayed, and Shahanda treated my wife and children in the kindest manner, my wife and children literally cried when we were leaving. We highly recommend this resort, the activities, rooms, food, and amenities make it a must stay! But, as I stated before, from the management to the cleaning crew, this staff is what makes this resort stand out! After staying at several resorts in Hurgadah, I can unequivocally say this one is hands down the best. Especially when you have staff members like Mina, Khalil, Sayed, and Shahanda! A must stay, very highly recommended!

Nothing, everything was excellent!

Amazing property with the most beautiful landscaping. The best part for us was the service. Before we arrived, we got a welcome message from Mina and he was there waiting for us as we drove up to the hotel. Every minute from there on he provided us with first class service. I think the best we’ve ever experienced in any hotel. He made sure we knew everything about the hotel, the amenities and communicated with us every day making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we need. He treated us with the warmth you would get if you were staying at someone’s home. He is the main reason our stay at this property was so comfortable. Mina is so good at what he does he should be managing the hotel. All the other staff on the property were very helpful and friendly. The suite was very clean thanks to Sayed who was very attentive as well. The servers in all restaurants and bars were very efficient and kind.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.
