Loved the onsite cafe and pool the most. Plus, there were so many different areas in the hotel to lounge, work, etc. so I'd say it's perfect for those staying for work. The staff at Simona's were exceptional, super friendly. Coffee, wine and food was great every time. They come to check in on you while you are by the pool and deliver drinks straight to you which I genuinely wasn't expecting and thought was a great touch. Rooms were great, too, bed was super comfortable and the shower was really nice.

I'd say the immediate surrounding area is the only downside. It's probably a c.10 min walk to any nice restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. and I'd expect most people would want to get a taxi or drive to go anywhere even locally as it's not a very nice walk.

Every single staff was great, helpful and friendly. GM Christian has a great management, you can see everywhere. On top of all request. Josh is the maestro of the hotel with the young man with classes and the two young girls Monica and curly hair one 😊. Every one was excellent. Ricky the receptionist at night are great help and friendly. I like the clean rooms and the facilities. Decoration is fabulous for every corner of the Hotel

The room was amazing- large, well kitted out with everything you could possibly need for your stay and very clean. The reception staff were delightful, accommodating and went out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. Good location, easy to walk into the main SoCo strip, supermarket within a few mins walk and several restaurants within 10 mins walk.

The cafe/ coffee shop area is pretty and pleasant to Spend time in, especially the outdoor area but the food options are very limited. The menu options are few, and food, served from a truck, stops being served at 5pm. It’s breakfast options and tacos, with the odd pastry option which sells out by 10.30am usually. Staff are not always so helpful in the bar/ restaurant. The cafe areas are hugely busy and it seems full of remote workers who are not always a resident but choose to work in the prettty public areas. This wasn’t a huge issue for us but it’s worth mentioning.

Very unique boutique hotel! Our studio room was spacious with a full fridge, kitchen sink, and basic items like glasses, coffee cups, and eating utensils. The bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was very large. The bar/cafe was convenient with a nice selection of cocktails and coffee/espresso. In the morning there is a taco truck on site that serves really good breakfast tacos. The outdoor patio area has a great ambiance to it as well providing a nice place to relax with your drinks and food.

i loved the atmosphere and location, rooms setup was good too. the staff was friendly i didnt get a lot of info from front desk initially so i dont know if they had room service or any additional services or amenities other than the coffee shop down in the parlor. the look was amazing. and the rooms were very comfortable.

i didnt know you served breakfast, we did go to the coffee house and the first night they girls were friendly but the second and third morning the gentleman and workers were having a conversation , not engaging in eye contact ,not trying to conversate with us, first night our menu was brought to us the 2nd and 3rd they just told us "menu is over here" it was just a big difference.

Beautiful property perfect for a family. Loved the set-up. Felts like a condo with some hotel amenities. The children’s area is beautiful and a thoughtful addition. The room amenities were fantastic and made for a smooth trip with kids. We definitely utilized the bath and shower and kitchen!

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The bed was stiff and the pillows were filled with air and were hard on the body and not adjustable. Softer throw blankets would be great too. Came on a holiday weekend for 3 days and the food truck was not open 2 of them. Enjoyed it the third day but would have loved it at least for 2. Kids wished the pool was heated.

We loved how spacious the room was loved there was a kitchen. Wished we could have stayed longer to take full advantage of this room. The Cocktail bar/Coffee place downstairs was awesome! We arrived right before they were closing, and they were still able to accommodate us. Cocktails were great and we went back for coffee in the morning which was also great!

Neighborhood was a little sketchy coming from the airport but as soon as you pass the hotel there are a bunch of shops and restaurants.

The rooms were modern, well-equipped (cute kitchenettes and eating nook/table) and well-designed. Bathrooms were beautiful with lotions, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beds were comfy and thermostat easy to use. It felt very elegant and cozy, and the hotel was quiet as well. Staff were attentive and helpful. Nice amenities. Ride shares were easy to get and plenty of scooters outside for getting around.

Rooms were ready but they charge you for early check-in ($25). You MUST have your access card at t his hotel way more than other hotels I've stayed at. You need it to get on the elevator from the lobby, and to your floor once in the elevator, but somehow you don't need it to get on the elevator going to the lobby. One time we didn't have our card and didn't realize it until the elevator door closed -- we were stuck there until someone called the elevator which thankfully someone did a couple of minutes later.

Loved this place from the minute we walked in! The pictures do not do its justice... Only thing I wish is that the beds where more a queen size bed and not a full, this is my only complaint... Otherwise this place was amazing and I wish we could've stayed longer! I enjoyed thw many photos we where able to take with the beautiful decor! This will not be our last time here and I'm most certain that this will become our hotel of choice when coming to Austin!

Gorgeous property and our room had all the amenities for our family. Love the decor and very comfortable. Only downside is they had double beds vs queen so very snug for 2 people per bed.

The property was great! However, parking fee was steep when we’re already paying a lot for the room. They should provide 2 queen beds instead of double for 4 person occupancy rooms especially for what we’re paying.
