Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was great. The apartment is very well equipped for a comfortable family stay. The area is safe and perfect for walks, and it takes only 5 minutes to reach a wide, quiet beach. The pool is also great for both adults and kids. The only small suggestion would be to consider updating the TVs to more modern ones, but that didn’t affect our overall great experience.

I loved that parking was free and available, the rooms were clean and neat and beds very comfy! The location to the beach and access only a short walk which was really nice.

The parking spaces were very small and not very spacious for trucks and large SUVs. The sauna was locked the entire time, bummer. Some of the dishes and glasses were dirty and there was an issue with seeing unwanted bugs!

The convenience of the short walk over to the beach and how nice the public beach facilities are made this a home run!

Parking can be tough if you’ve got a full size SUV or truck, as the parking spots under the condos are pretty tight. Also the kiddie pool certainly needs a makeover and rebuild. There’s open cracks along the top of the pool where it meets the coping that indicates the pool has settled. Otherwise the kiddie pool was an excellent addition to the facilities as my 2yo loved it.

It was a fair value for the price. Short walk to the beach. Staff was professional and friendly. Communication was excellent during tropical storm Debbie. Nice to have shaded parking spaces. Outdoor games, like shuffleboard.

Pools were kind of small and gravel on sidewalks. Family room furniture and balcony chairs uncomfortable. Grills were filthy and grilling utensils were unavailable.

Comfortable condo with plenty of room for our family of six. Centrally located on th Island with easy access in and out. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the manager and maintenance man. We had a problem with the door and the maintenance man fixed it within minutes. They had a small activity most days. They had two pools, which were good. Beach is 1/2 mile away.

The kitchen was sparsely equipped as to utensils. Pots, pans, and other cooking items were pretty cheap. No pizza cutter. A spare pillow was unserviceable and they replaced it the next morning. Not really any kid resort activities like some places. They have a popsicle sale one day for $5 each. Contrary to the web site claiming shuttle service to the beach this resort is not allowed to use it for some reason. Either walk or drive and pay a dollar per hour to park at a meter for the beach.

The living space was awesome, we truly enjoyed the 3 bathrooms, oven, washer and dryer which made it convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and the location was exceptional. Especially being able to walk to the beach and the playground area for the kids.

I would like for the grounds to look more inviting, bigger parking spaces and more activities especially if you’re there for a week.

This was an excellently located property in a quiet area of the island and very, very close to Islander Beach Park, just a very short and convenient walk or ride. It’s the last beach before the private beachfront mansions row in Port Royal so it’s not crazy or crowded like Coligny Beach, plenty of room to spread out. The property itself was cozy, quiet and shaded. The pools were small but were never very crowded. The staff was so friendly and helpful and put a lot of work into making sure there were alternative entertainment opportunities available on the property. The Wednesday pool party with free sno cones, popcorn, lemonade, great live music and really good food truck options was awesome! It was a great alternative to the beach or town in the hot mid-afternoon through dinner time. The units were spacious,comfortable, well-maintained, and super clean. All the things you need for a comfortable stay provided. It had Well-appointed kitchen with all equipment needed and all neat and orderly! The beds were clean and comfortable and with two king bed suites and a room with two singles, it was perfect for my family of four and my mother who joined us. Both king suites had a spacious full bath and the full hall bath was perfect for the kids. We had a nice balcony with a great swath of live oaks and trees to separate us from the units about 70 yards behind us. Yes it had the HVAC unit on the balcony but that never was the disturbance I was a afraid it would be. It ran infrequently and it wasn’t overly-noisy. It was also fenced off to keep the kids and everyone else away from it so it was never a problem. We enjoyed a nice breakfast on the balcony every morning. Can’t say enough about how great and relaxing this stay was, especially compared to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis or this other large places. No it wasn’t beachfront, but I learned beachfront often meant little to no shade on the property.

Only three very minor drawbacks for me: parking lots were under the building and covered, and thus a little bit tight, but not to the point that it’s a problem. Just be aware. I wish there were a little more water pressure in the unit. Also seemed like the trash cans piled up by the end of the week. That may be a function of checkout timing, but maybe an extra pickup or some extra cans on the back side of the buildings would help that. None of that detracted from the stay at all!

Was a quiet area and had plenty of space with the 3 bedroom/3 bath. The accessibility to the beach and pools was nice. We also enjoyed using the grill area.

The bathroom had a musty odor when we arrived and we called office to let them know. There was no housekeeping unavailable on Sunday therefore we bought cleaning products and cleaned it ourselves. The dryer did not work and the washer was extremely loud. The door would not latch properly and found that it had opened while we were out. There was hardly any water pressure and drains were very slow. Shower leaked out onto floor. The thermostat is set to not go lower than 70 degrees and was not cool enough at night while sleeping.

Loved the comfortable and spacious apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the short walk to the beach, and the actual beach was great too. My boyfriend loved grilling in the evening. Staff was super nice.

I love almost everything about this place.

The parking garage needs to be a little bigger. It is very hard to park even my small Toyota without issues. Also the main TV wouldn’t connect to wifi, I had to use my mobile hotspot, but was able to connect to the resort wifi on everything else.
