I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—centrally situated with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I couldn't have asked for a more convenient spot. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, with every corner of the room, lobby, and facilities being spotless. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. My room was not only tidy but also very comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. The facilities are top-notch—everything you could possibly need is readily available. From the fitness center to the on-site restaurant, everything was well-equipped and made for a relaxing experience. I also had the chance to enjoy the spa services, which were absolutely rejuvenating. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was seamless. Whether it was assisting with directions, offering restaurant recommendations, or accommodating special requests, their professionalism and warmth made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This hotel offers unbeatable value for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel location is excellent, close to the sea and shopping malls. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were extremely cooperative.

My room was called at booking.com as Corner Suite but the corner part was the entrance (usually the room itself is laid through the corner. But it was roomy and comfy over all. Not stuffed with too much furniture and nice size of bathroom. I also liked the Executive Lounge - food was nice and fresh, the staff was great and very keen to take care of each guest at the lounge.

Not very much to say here, but some staff members at the lobby area should be trained more consistently on hospitability principles. I was sure they want to serve but they should know how and when to do so.

Luxurious hotel, a great location, an amazingly relaxing experience, a spacious room with a comfortable bed, with an amazing view, and great food either from room service or from the restaurants in the hotel, not to forget the professional and friendly staff, and great location, highly recommend it, definitely will be back again.

Everything was great. the room is very clean. the view was not that bad i was on the 7th floor and i saw the flaming towers from my window, the room is large and the bed is extreamly comfy i want to live in it. the stuaff was friendly. the swimming pool is amazing, it was on the 21th floor (indoor) . you can see the sunset from there.

Tried to downgrade us hoping we wouldnt notice. We complained and then they moved us to the correct room. Reception staff could be a little friendlier.

For Sure Nothing

Stayed in three different hotels in Azn for the past four days and by far this is where I felt very comfortable. Clean and cozy. Everything was just perfect.

The reception had only one staff when we arrived and it did take a bit longer than usual to get checked in. The ladies seemed a bit too serious to be front desk. However a trainee checked us in finally and the rest was good.

Staff were amazing and location was great. Breakfast had a lot of varieties and very tasty. Loved everything about the stay. Will definitely come back!

Size of room and view. We stayed in the deluxe room "sea view" and the view is a side view (the full view was apparently for the rented apartments) and the rooms are really small.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful design, rich breakfast, nice view to the sea. Super friendly and helpful staff! Special thanks to Zeynab and Parviz, they arranged a doctor for me and helped me to recover when I was not feeling well. Very nice hotel and lovely people.
