Location Breakfast Interiors

Room had huge stain on carpet house keeping insisted it’s part of design and Room smelled of cigarettes from another room which hotel staff denied and gave multiple different excuses which felt condescending. Breakfast coffee bar handler gave me very hot paper cup to go which wasn’t sealed properly which burnt my hand.

My Guest Relations Coordinator Was very helpful , he supported me tremendously in resolving certain issues. For example, we had some issues in the room toilet and he expedite the work as soon as possible and made sure everything is done. He made my stay more pleasant and unforgettable as he organized our trip from Baku to Qabala. He also recommended excellent restaurants/shops around the city. His name is Rovshan, an excellent example of highly dedicated employee.

i love the location of the hotel, very clean and very friendly staff especially the front disk supervisor Mr. Elnur Gadirli and the lounge officer Mr. Rovshan they were very helpful very outstanding service.

The location was perfect , rooms are modern furnished , i would like to thank Mr Rovshan from the concierge for his assistance durring our stay and his recommendations for places to visit, he resolved any issue i faced efficiently.

Not alot of restaurants options in the hotel, no high rooms available since the highest is 5th floor

Clean, comfortable, good food, friendly staff.. Rovshan at Club lounge was very cooperative .

Everything starting from the location ending with the services. A special thanks to Mr. Rovshan he is the best in recommending places and restaurants.

The sound isolation in the room is very poor

- nice furniture - they accommodated my request to have flower preparation for an occasion for an acceptable fee - they switched my room last minute from smoking to non smoking - quite room and peaceful - good AC Temp during summer - very friendly staff - good sized indoor pool - bathroom is has nice finishing - 24 hour gym

- occasionally the unused white towels had stains - dust or stains behind the curtain - very dusty carpet under the bed - not fully dark room during daytime sunlight creeps from top of the curtain - view was to a roof of an old unpleasant building

the property was very clean, the staff were simply amazing. even helped in getting reservations at different hotels for dinners.

perhaps the location for us was a bit away from the hustle and bustle but ideally located within Boulevard and nizami street so very slightly off located.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, very close to Nisami Street, about 5 min walk .

When showering, the water was coming out of the showers into the toilet, which was a hassle. The rooms were booked as 2 adults and 1 child, yet we had to pay about $46 a night for the extra bed. We arrived at 03:30pm and had to wait 1 hour to get our rooms because we asked for connecting rooms .
