The place was amazing. The cabin was clean, large, and beautifully designed. The facilities playground, junping pillow, pool/water area fantastic for our little ones. Very sad we didn't stay longer.

We couldn't get our spa to work. (Did we have to pay extra for the spa bath in our room to work?). The night lights in the bedrooms are not covered properly. One of our little ones burnt themselves touch the light globe. Maybe something to upgrade to prevent further injuries. They get very got very quickly. She was okay, a small blister.

This facility is fantastic for kids and for the adults. The cabins are a little cosy but clean and it has pretty much everything you need. The outdoor facilities are absolutely amazing. My only dislike was at the Palms bar, they serve dinner with disposable cutlery. Everything else is a huge tick!

Room wasn’t quite dark as hoped with incoming traffic/residents shining through every night.

You have everything you need for a family getaway all in one place, the facilities were great. We got to enjoy a swim in the indoor heated pool in winter, had a game of bowling then had dinner while watching a movie at the outdoor cinema. Highly recommend

Location. And plenty of entertainment for my 3 teenagers they didn’t once want to do anything other than swim play Bball and enjoy themselves at the Holiday Park

We loved everything about our stay and have already recommended it to several of our friends. We have already planned a return trip with our family in warmer months. We stayed in Retreat 42 and loved it. From the running creek, to the amazing Spa Bath. We couldn't have asked for more! The beer garden and outdoor cinema were a huge hit also.

If I'm knit picking (and I am) one of the toilet seats wouldn't stay up for my husband. But it wasn't an issue as we just labelled the ensuite toilet the man toilet and the main bathroom one the woman's hahaha.

We loved the leisure activities available and used most of them during our stay.

The only thing that we disliked was that the trees closest our unit flapped on the roof during a windy night and woke us up 3 to 4 times. Might need a trim. We were in C3. Other than that only thing that was slightly irritating was that the kitchenette tap was rigid and couldn't be moved to the side. This made it difficult to fill the kettle and wash dishes.

Everything was amazing, the layout is awesome. The grounds, the facilities. The poolside accommodation phenomenal. The way it has been designed is both very functional and spacious as well as modern. The bar and cinema area so nice also. The ambience was welcoming, relaxed with a great sense of fun.

The pizza!!! Wow what a HUGE disappointment!!! And at 4 star restaurant prices for something that not only looked like it was a supermarket pizza but worse! Guys, either lower your prices or change those pizzas. I ended up having to purchase 3 dinners before finally getting something satisfactory.

The bungalow was very comfortable for four of us to stay, and when my other family came to visit, still plenty of room. The accommodation was very clean and the best bed and towels anywhere. The watch buzzers to get into the complex were excellent. Beautiful surroundings.

The pool was great. Also very close to beaches and restaurants. I blew the fuse the first day. The service guy came within minutes of me telling the office. I was there with my University aged son. The other families with small and school-aged kids were having a great time too.
