Monique the manager welcomed us, was always ready for a conversation, and responded swiftly to our requests. The housecleaning staff was professional and performed wonderfully. Hot coffee was always available and the coffee keeper was a gentleman. The shower was as spacious as I have seen, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Thank you for providing plenty of outdoor seating; it was a fun place to visit the road crews at night. A great value.

I would very much appreciate handicap parking near the south guest entrance.

We reserved the king suite and it left leg room to spare even with the pull out sofa being left out. Very comfortable bed and bigger room fridge. The location was great. At this point in our trip we were just hanging out in Salida and this was about a 2 to 3 min car ride from the historic downtown. Wifi was great. Minimal lags for my sons on line gaming.

The front desk person warned us that the drains drained slow in the town and this property was oldet and suffered a bit more than the newer properties. Minor complaint for sure (but it makes you give one 😀).

Its important to remember this is a pet friendly hotel so if you are allergy sensitive this might not be the place for you. I had my dogs whom can be a handful my partner and I had a great nights sleep no issues for us and the fur babies. on our way out one of our pups had an accident and by the time we came back inside to tend to the incident it had been taken care of by staff.

This is a great place to take the family with everything you need included. Free breakfast is pretty basic but a great way to start your day. Pool is on the chilly side but there is a hot tub available. The suite was spacious for our family.

House keeping doesn't come up and empty trash or tidy daily. Plan to go to town for a decent cup of coffee.

Inadequate Ice, Sign on ice machine. Our primary needs when traveling XCountry, different motel every nite, is refrigerator (w/freezer) and ice for food we’re packing; no ice available when we arrived. One ice machine may be inadequate to provide for this size of motel. I’d suggest you add a second ice machine. You can afford it given the high room rate, and you have room next to the existing one. If this is a deal breaker, we can always stay at Super8. They leave a lot to be desired, but have never is appointed on ice.

Check in and check out on line was easy and fast.

Breakfast was not very good. I was surprised you did not have bagels and cream cheese. That is normally a standard breakfast item in most hotels we stay in. Plus there were no muffin selections either. For $250 a night, the breakfast was not a standard breakfast for that price point.

Our stay was comfortable and convenient. Staff are professional and pleasant! Breakfast is a nice variety of cold and hot items that are kept stocked, clean and organized. Rooms and common areas are clean and cared for daily. Hotel decor is updated and attractive. The location is near restaurants, stores and services. There is a nicely decorated pool and spa tub area. The fitness room is nicely equipped. Laundry facility is good. South Arkansas River runs along south side of property and can be heard and seen from parking lot.

Comfortable bed, strong water pressure, great front desk, good breakfast, hot tub.

My room had a door to an adjoining room. It had a one inch space at the bottom, so everything the occupants of the room next door said, I was able to hear.

Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and was also fresh and hot. Staff were all friendly.

Lighting. Room lights were cold white led bulbs and wasn't very eye friendly. Warm white led bulbs would have been nicer.

I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, in which is included in the price. I also like how clean the pool/ pool area is. The staff is really outgoing and friendly, they make you feel at home. Absolutely LOVE the 24 hr coffee/tea station available in the lobby,which includes hot cocoa for the kiddos. Great, working vending machine selection. Awesome & cute work out area, with all the necessities. Great, clean place to stay, and I surely do recommend this place to everyone!

I have no complaints, this place is very likable and I have no dislikes.
