We stayed in Creekside 63. It was right on the creek, feet away. There was a nice balcony with chairs where we had coffee. The room seemed brand new, had a fireplace, two loveseats, a gorgeous bathroom, a kitchen, complete with Nespresso machine, refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. The bed was great, too. I hope to be back soon.

Note that the older rooms are different. My parents stayed in the cliffside suites and the did not have a full kitchen, the room was older, but the views were extraordinary.

Rented a cabin for three days (Number 25 to be exact) and it was amazing! The staff was kind and accommodating, and the pools were superb as well. If you're lucky enough to stay there when there's no moon out, you can't beat the star gazing (The closest major city is almost 100-miles away) In short - I'd go back in a heart beat!

A small thing (Because it's really nice they have a little market on site) but it sure could use some A/C, and I was surprised - given how much sun Colorado tends to get each year, they didn't have sunblock (Perhaps I overlooked it)

The things I loved the most were the hot springs and the location. I have to say that all the staff was amazing, kind, really good about sharing all the info we needed and more, really available for us and for everyone else. Now the restaurant is THE BEST. Prizy, but honestly delicious. We had breakfast and lunch there, and omg, that was the best. 100% I will go back.

The only thing I was a little bit sad about was the room. I mean there was a couple spots, dead wasps and some stains. The shower took forever to get hot but that was fine we could shower down where the hot springs are. So just 0.1% was wrong the rest was great.

Beautiful location and fantastic pools. The room was above and beyond what we expected. I wish we had had time to enjoy all the room had to offer as well. But spent most of our time in the pools.

It was confusing for us being the first time there. Better descriptions and signage to each pool area would have helped. When asking staff questions they couldn’t answer or had poor English skills/understanding. A suggestion would be a waking tour video of the pools and building be made available by the web page or in the front lodge. By watching it we would have the info we need for what is where. The restaurant is also a bit on the slow side (2+ hrs for dinner) considering they are very heavily staffed. (Unlike so many places these days.)

We liked the seclusion. everything was fairly close to each other. we did have to drive from our cabin to the hot springs but it wasn’t a far drive and there was a good amount of parking available at each pool area. I’d recommend bringing food/snacks because there is a full kitchen.

There’s only one restaurant on the property and in the area, which required a reservation for dinner. there is a small market, similar to a gas station convenience store, however it closed at 6pm which is inconvenient for day of check in. We should’ve brought food/drinks to cook or something in the cabin.

The second-floor creekside suite was spacious with vaulted ceilings. At night we opened the screen door and the rushing Chalk Creek was like a white-noise machine lulling us to sleep. The hot springs pools were a short walk from our place and having early access was great. My daughter loved the 400-foot-long waterslide at the upper pool.

Despite being decked out with a full kitchen, there were important items missing from our suite, like forks and spoons for everyone in our group. I wish staff would take inventory before check in.

The location is amazing. The restaurant is wonderful and the food is great. Beautiful grounds. The cabin was so comfy. The pools are clean. The staff is so nice. Our family had a great time.

The cracked glass cook top was a little annoying to work around. Big cobwebs in the downstairs bedroom we had to take down. The caulking on the bathtub was not in good condition- molding. Could really use a vacuum or broom inside the cabin to clean up after small children.

The pools are all fabulous, both lower and upper. There's even a slide. The spa is quiet and serene. The room we had was very large. There was a Nespresso coffee maker and capsules in the room. There are hiking trails within a short drive of the hotel, and you can borrow hiking poles, and even bikes for free.

That we only stayed one night :) The restaurant was a bit overpriced, but Buena Vista is a 10 minute drive away with more affordable food options. The steam room in the spa wasn't working when we visited.

The food was great! I didn't think it was too expensive for a nice restaurant at a resort. Our room was great. We had a Creekside room and it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and listen and watch the creek. The pools were clean and easy to get to. When we had a question or request, the staff was ready to help and did so immediately.

We really needed a guide in our room! We had to find out what was what by asking. Also, I must say I loved the expresso machine in our room! However, my husband hated it and would like a regular coffee maker. Also we thought you should have robes in our room to wear to and from the pools.

Absolutely amazing hotel, with incredibly scenery and hot spring facilities. The check in staff were friendly and explained well how everything worked. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was freezing cold (snowing!) when we stayed but the rooms were lovely and warm. You open the curtains to deer grazing and spectacular mountain views. You can bathe directly in the hot spring streams. The food at the restaurant was very fresh and tasty. An unforgettable experience worth every penny!
