I love the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I also love that the staff didn't knock on my door at 7 am yelling house keeping!! The only thing I didn't like was on my 9 day trip only two stays were at a hampton because of lack of rooms available

I don't like how soft the pillows are. I took family there we had 4 in our party and all said the pillows were way too soft offering no support

It was pretty. Nicely decorated. The room was nice and cool. The breakfast was good and nice place to eat.

One of the elevators was not working. No sprite or Dr Pepper in the vending machine. My toilet in our room had to hold down the handle for it to flush. The bed was on the hard side i didn’t like that. The tv remote wasn’t working properly.

Close to the Ike Hamilton expo center where we had bmx races and close to places to eat which was very convenient

They where doing some remodeling when we first arrived so there was some debris but they cleaned up quickly

The location was very good and the housekeeping staff, breakfast attendant and front desk personnel was very pleasant and helpful!!!!!!!

The duvet had really nasty stains on it and I was only able to sleep under the sheet. I had to get up multiple times to adjust the air because I was cold then I would get hot.

Front the outside it was well maintained . The front office clerk was professional and helpful. The room was not only smelled clean it was clean. No complaints. I look forward to staying there again.

The room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as it could have been. There was only one meat choice and no biscuits. Would have liked more options. Bacon and regular sausage patties not turkey sausage and some biscuits would have been great.

Wonderful staff , Good clean room ,love the convenience to the Ike Hamilton.

Wish the price was a bit less I guess we paid for the Convenience to the Ike Hamilton.

Comfortable and fine for one night.

The light in the bathroom didn’t work. It was very humid. Towels almost felt wet. Could use some sprucing up.

The property was very convenient to my destination. it was clean with a friendly, professional staff. There was a fully-stocked breakfast. The fitness facility was great.

Everything was wonderful!

The staff was friendly, check in was super easy. Room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, and the attendant made sure we had everything we wanted.

The small dog that was barking when i first checked in, thankfully it did not last more than an hour .
