It was an incredible experience. From the excellent services provided by receptionist Mr. Faisal Alhaji, special thanks for him for warm welcoming and special attention throughout my stay, make everything more comfortable and seamless .

The facilities were excellent - Gym Superb, Sauna, Steam and Pool Awesome. Lots of tech and plenty of power points. Also a nice breakfast with indoor and outdoor seating with a nice view of Jeddah. The staff were superb. The front desk folks were super helpful and Tamir the Physical Trainer (PT) from the gym helped me find an awesome restaurant at the corniche and even gave me a ride there after work...a really nice guy. Best of all the beds were super comfortable.

Its a need hotel so a few teething issues, showers in gym could drain better, there is nothing around it so you need a car or taxi to go anywhere, It's a bit isolated with vacant land all around. There was a stain on my carpet Rm809 which was odd for a new hotel.

Brand new hotel with amazing modern facilities. Lovely rooms and nice buffet breakfast. Pool deck area is beautiful for relaxation and has lovely views. Staff went out of their way to be of service, special call out to Faisal in reception and Saddiq in Concierge. Restaurant staff were very professional and efficient. Great modern restaurants within very short walk from hotel. Hope to return at stay at Voco again.

Location is a little way from city centre, but it didn't affect our holiday negatively.

I recently stayed at Voco Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff—from the door attendants to the front desk and cleaning crew—were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure every aspect of my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend Voco Jeddah for anyone visiting the area!

Great hotel and staff clean high luxury standard and beautifully styled. Good pool and gym and sauna area. All round excellent especially Fazil Ameer a manager went the extra mile to make us happy.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The Breakfast was good and with variety. The location is far from the tourist places but close to a mall.

The pool was not heated as we were told before booking and the Jaccuzi was out of order as well.

A very clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. I enjoyed my stay with the friendly and jovial staff ready to ensure you stay comfortable. Rayyan was particularly helpful and stood out amongst the staff. Overall, a nice place to stay.

I liked everything the customer service was really good the rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was really delicious . Thank you staff for the kind attitude towards me and my family and especially the receptionists .
