The room was good. The Person who is in charge on cleaning the room and providing the towels and water is amazing. He always greets us with a wide smile and makes us feel very homely. I really wanted to know his name to mention him in a comment I am sooo thankful for his politness and hard work, he was in charge of room service in the 10th floor. The breakfast was very good, good variety, and gluten-free alternatives because I am gluten intolerant.. There was a captain there that helped us and served us his name was Toufik. The lifeguard beside the pool Anmar, although he was new, but was very helpful to us and our daughters while swimming, he always ensured that pool was clean and dry around the pool area so no one will slip.

Breakfast is owsem and the room very clean. Location of hotel neer to sulimania station (10 minutes by taxi)

The rates in booking have standard room and queen bed room , but on actual there is no differences in rooms ,you need only to book the lower price as no value to pay more.

The customer service experience is better than most five star hotels. Very hands on and communicative staff that make you feel welcome.

They do not allow females to swim....only males. This is not only a bit unfair, it also doesn't keep in line with Vision2030 goals where women are given equal rights and opportunities.

Breakfast was very good. No low fat milk. Coffee dispenser was hard to find Too many mirrors.

Overall very good. Coffee in room - I prefer liquid milk rather than coffemate!! No Pastry on teh breakfast buffet -- lots of bread.

The breakfast was simply amazing. A decent variety for all even for non meat eaters. Very pleased we got an alternative for a plant based milk.

Fruit thongs should have been placed on a separate holder as opposed to being placed on the actual fruit plate.

Easy check in and easy check out. Friendly staff. This is my prefered hotel when im Jeddah for buisness trips. Very practicle & convenient location, decent price compared to the services and facilities.

Everytime i stay at the hotel i notice its getting older, need to work on new menu ( its the same old menu since my first stay), better options for breakfast. Dinning area needs air ventolation and fresh new look.

The size of the room was good for 1 person and also the breakfast had variety, so that's the positive

Bathroom - It should have been slightly bigger especially the commode area, felt uncomfortable given the space between the wall and commode and also the seating in much lower.

Swimming pool was very good with nice team there. Breakfast is good. For the dinner, if the buffet is available it is good.

Dinner without buffet is not good. Price of the dinner buffet is expensive for kids.

I didnt like that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom The bed size is small and i didnt get crib for my child

The Food was Excellent, the room and view were lovely, I really wish I could have stayed more.

The Room lacks a smart TV, the A/C makes sounds when ON, and the price was too high. Am more tha fine paying extra charges for the food as it is just excellent, but the room fare it self was too much, I really wish I could have stayed more.
