Our room was comfortable— but obviously the facility is not being updated. (Elevator, which screeches horribly, needs maintenance,— but has been exactly the same for several years now.) Appreciate the good, speedy wifi connection.

Facility is showing its age but doesn’t seem to be updated, ever. Fortunately there was weekend staff at the front desk; but we HATE having to check in with the off-site “robot” when arriving on weekdays. (Last fall, she too was off duty and we were told to go to the unstaffed front desk; but we couldn’t get in through the locked front door until someone inside wandered by!) We also feel nervous when no staff are on duty, in case an emergency would arise.

Friendly service, clean rooms, easy to get to.

I was locked out a few times, my key did not work on the front door, but worked on the side door, so I had to walk around, because the staff was nowhere to be seen. We were also expecting breakfast.

Very convenient and a good value. There was no breakfast but there is a coffee bar and that was a plus. The room was compact, but as a solo traveler, it had everything I needed for a one-night stay,. I wasn't traveling with a pet, but it's nice to know this is a pet-friendly hotel.

I passed the driveway twice before spotting it, so a sign on Seminary Ave would be helpful. The heating/cooling fan was loud enough that I turned the whole thing off so I could sleep. It might not bother another guest at all, so don't let that deter you from giving the Inn a try.

The hotel is basic, comfortable, convenient.

Unbeknownst to me my company had sent me a care package that contained food. I had a 3 night stay.. when I checked out after my 3rd night the desk clerk came out to me as I was walking to my vehicle stating he had a package for me and stated "I don't know why they didn't give this to you". The package was delivered the day before my stay so that I would have it during my stay. I attempted to call to speak to the manager who was never available so I therefore emailed the owner. The owner apologized and stated "we assumed that the package would be retrieved from the front desk. That's the way it usually works". Well how am I supposed to retrieve something I don't know is there.

Great price. Large queen bed suite, with sofa bed. Nice bathroom. Clean. Coffee in room and downstairs, but no breakfast. Nice TV and cable channels. Auburn good location for driving to different finger lakes, towns, sights, hikes and wineries. Will stay here again.

No breakfast, but no big deal, used up some of our leftover foods. Not a lot in downtown Auburn, but we walked around for an hour or two, saw the big Catholic Church, Sewards house, etc. We spent most time elsewhere. No restaurants in nearby area, but again, we had several great meals in nearby towns.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. All the others in the area were more expensive. It might be older, but it was clean, staff was friendly and front desk accommodating. I’ve booked another stay!

The hotel was very nice, the room very pretty and comfortable, we had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. in our floor there was a washer and a dryer so I love the fact that I could wash and dry our clothes. The girl at the reception was very nice to us and helpful

Clean, comfortable room. Staff were friendly. The hotel was walking distance to amenities nearby. I walked for dinner and through town in the morning.

The gym equipment was not functioning.

I had specifically asked for a location offering breakfast. When I arrived I found that this was not offered.

I didn't like having to check in via kiosk. I never saw a breathing staff person, housekeeping or desk, during my stay.

Love the window seat and drawers under it. Reasonably quiet in our location. Cleaning and desk staff very friendly and helpful. Liked being able to open window. Places to eat within walking distance.

Items from previous occupants were under one of the beds. Pealing wallpaper in places. All machines in weight room were cardio and room was extremely crowded(small room). Carpet in weight room was wet. No internet for 2 of the days we were there.
