Staff very professional and helpful, though maybe need to consider length of stay and edif their "welcone" speech for a short stay. Loved the security/parking lady, she was very lovely and helpful. Beach side, and setting of the sun both amazing.

It was quite noisy with trucks parking right outside the room, day and night (or so it seemed) started v early in the morning.

Excellent service !!! the staff were excellent, including Mr Dave, Mr Benni, Lukmaan ,Nitesh , and the staff with the towels and entertainment area, Everyone is so polite, hospitable and helpful . The breakfast was good , the beach views were excellent , if you took a stroll up the beach the views are amazing . I travelled with 2 small kids ( aged 2 and 6 ) and they were so at home .The rooms were spacious enough to tuck away your luggage on shelves, and have a spacious room for the kids to be in . We opted for the Bed and Breakfast option , and it worked out great :)

honestly, the food was not up to much, after reading the reviews, we decided not to book all inclusive, and try out dinner and decide if there really as any truth in the negative feedback regarding the food. sadly it was all true, we paid Rs1 500 per person for dinner excluding drinks, which amounted to an insane amount just over Rs 5400 for one meal. paying exorbitant amounts is one thing, but then at least deliver the service for which you are charging. the buffet is extremely plain with more snack options then meal options, the food is very mediocre that definitely doesn't match the price you pay.

They have only a few baby chairs available, some mornings/lunches was difficult to find one; You can't eat at the hotel outside the meals intervals (we had only a bed&breakfast), which are short; Boring breakfast, no variety; Old furniture in the room; No daytime activities (They have a voleyball court on the beach, didn't see anybody organising something there during one week i was there); The beach is full of corals, it can be an incovenient, you need shoes to enter the water;

for the check out it was so bad behavior from the reception girl this afternoon!! she was in rush like I’m running away!! we were about to go out and she sent someone to knock the door and when I went out and he left while I was needed some help in luggage. then she called and I actually didn’t answer because I was going down. when I met her at the reception it was the worst thing in my staying in this resort!! she said first thing your pill $$$$. I was expecting nicer behavior before asking about the payment first which is low customer service techniques !!

Beach in front of the property isn't great at it looks in the pictures on internet. But if you walk on the beach a bit north, the public beach is better.

The property is clean, and the ocean views from our room were spectacular. The staff are very friendly and always eager to please especially Luqmaan at the Front Office. He is such an asset to the hotel and always professional and helpful. The F&B management team were great and visible and jumped in to assist where necessary.

The food was a disappointment and really needs a huge improvement, as the menu is very repetitive. The drinks service is also very slow. At this price point, one expects a delectable dining experience with seamless service.

The location vas very great, near the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Every evening diferent dinner, ofered diferent food. There were always free sunsbeds. Free water activites. Towel on the beach. Great, that the hotel have a car for rent.

Unfortunately, but breakfast vas poor, every morning the same food and in the breakfast never served fresh vegetables, it's very stange. But always were pancakes or waffles. Hotel had boat with glass bottom - this boat is free of charge for everyone, BUT, you never cannot use it, because everymornig, when you cam, boat personal say: "today is too windy", though sea and weather had always been quite calm.

I like the location it was easy access. I booked a Deluxe superior room with a garden and sea view. The room was big and the beds were super super king size. The room have a fridge and the mini supermarket was across the road. So you can fill up the fridge with anything you like. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I was on all inclusive. The bar was open from 10.00 in the morning until 23.00 hrs. The food was plenty and you have lots of choice. Every night you have fish, chicken, beef or lamb and plenty of veggies of course not forgetting dessert. The senior management introduced themselves to me and make me feel welcomed. The person cleaning my room was very nice his name was Deyan. Breakfast and lunch was also very nice. I went to Mauritius for sun,sea and rest. I didn't take part in any activity. I truly enjoyed myself. You can have plenty of bottles of water. I was drinking sparkling and still water of course the local beer.

I didn't like on all inclusive everything was local drink. Local beer, rum and scotch whisky called Cambridge. All inclusive should be everything not just local drink. If you want good quality drinks then you will have to pay extra For that reason I was very disappointed.

- Cleanliness of rooms and bed comfort was amazing. - Great location not just for beach but even for nearby supermarkets and shops. - The staff was very helpful and polite. Enjoyed the beach activities like stand up paddle board, kayaking etc. - Breakfast was well prepared , good in taste and was a big spread although it was same everyday. - Good parking facility Just loved every part of my stay here.

Would request management to - improve availability of beach towels - increase the cut off time for sports activities provided at resort. - Breakfast was amazing but please consider adding some daily variation to breakfast menu, especially for vegetarian food. These are just suggestions and would not like to take away a single point away for the amazing stay I had here.
