Check-in and out was really fast. Whatever they clean the floors with smells amazing. The size of the room was great. I had enough space to do some work and eat dinner at the desk with room to spare. I wish that they had more than one chair in the room. I guess that I could have asked for an extra.There was so much floor space that I could have done yoga without hitting anything in the room. I also liked the fully stocked kitchen. I wish that I had known in advance that I could have brought my Chromecast. I liked that they have a gym, laundry room and an area on the 1st floor where you can purchase snacks. I didn't realize until I was leaving that it was a pet friendly hotel. The place was spotless. They have an amazing cleaning staff.

The cabinet in the kitchen was too low. The refrigerator, heater and I believe the electrical box made a loud clicking noise every 15mins. The water flow in the bathroom sink was really low and only provided cold water. The lighting in the bathroom was really bad. Needs to be brighter. There was an area behind the front door to hang your clothes but the racks were too low. It should be moved to a higher position or they should add a 2nd for long garments. If you have a coat or a long dress they would be on the floor unless you bring an over the door hook and hang it on the bathroom door.

Our room was great and comfortable and was upgraded due to a small little hiccup at check in. Had a small kitchen and didn't need to leave the room for breakfast. Saved us some time on a busy day ahead of us.

We checked in, which was speedy, and was given our room key. When we walked to our assigned room, our key was giving us issues, and when we finally opened the door, it was latched from the inside of the room. It was a bit inconvenient but was immediately resolved by the front desk agent.

The location and all the items in kitchen. I would have liked another chair. 3 chairs is not enough for a family of 4. Everyone wants to sit and eat at same time. Pleas add another chair.

That there was not 4 chairs. When you travel with family and use the kitchen all want to eat at same time. Hard to do with only 3 chairs. The one chair was a recliner and difficult to move next to seating area. But was doable. Still one chair short.

I liked the feel of an apartment with all the fixings. Everything you needed was there. Included in the kitchen. I liked the extra room and full size fridge.

I didn’t like that I booked a room with two beds and then got a room with only one bed. My kids were too exhausted to complain so I had to make the bed in the pull out couch. Kids slept well and were very pleased with the room.

The staff were so accommodating. Anita, Crystal and Deshawn were so nice and accommodating to us. They extended their late checkout for us since our flight was so late in the evening and we were able to stay working in the business center until the complimentary Shuttle took us to the airport. We have a 5 month old and only stayed one night but were treated like family.

The neighborhood and surroundings were not nice. It's an industrial area and there is a state correctional facility a few blocks down. We wanted to go for a stroll with our baby and had to turn back because the abandoned buildings and surroundings felt unsafe.

The hotel delivered everything they promised. Clean room, comfortable arrangement. Perfect for small family.

The staff were not exactly warm. They provided all I asked for and solved problems when they arose, but they could be a little warmer to Guests. That's not a deal breaker for me, though. The neighborhood also seems a bit rough.

The rooms are spacious. There is a table or extended counter to eat or work at. The Beds are always comfortable and as a long stay location everyone is courteous about keeping noise down for people to rest.

This was the first time it took a little time to check in. Usually, it is very quick. Not a problem with check-in just newer staff for this stay. If a slight delay at check in, when we were late getting in due to traffic, is the only issue I would stay here every time.

The suites were amazingly big....loved it. Not in the best area though.

We found during check-in when we showed up at 9 PM that the hotel didn't have a reservation for us even though I had printed my reservation confirmation email through Booking.com. Thankfully they had a room available though.

No breakfast was included, a little disconcerting because we traveled from North Carolina to Chester. I am handicapped and the room was handicapped accessible, the room was so comfortable.

There needed to be metal handles and a seat in the shower.

There should definitely be more than one person working the desk at night. Got there at 11pm. Was finally able to get into my room at midnight. 2 people infront of me and the lady had to keep answering the phone while trying to check in people. As the line behind Me got longer.
