The staff are friendly and responsive.

We usually get non smoking room but they didn't have none saying we booked smoking room and unable to change it. And the room smelled of a strong smoke odder as if they just smoked in room and through our our stay it lingered making all my clothes smell.

I've been travelling the States for a few weeks now and this is only the second place that has had the hot water hot enough for how I like my showers. I loved that I finally got a steamy shower! The bed was comfortable and it was quiet, which made falling asleep no problem. The staff helped me by finding more businesses when I had trouble finding a taxi that was available for a morning pick up. Their help meant I was able to get to my early morning tour. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

I can only find a couple of small minor faults with this place. There needs to be more variety in the vending machine and the location is a little out of town, which makes it a little tricky if you don't have a car.

there were some spiders out side and some vents could of been dusted but ultimately it was a great experience

Brittany was very accommodating when we decided to stay an extra nite. We were so appreciative of her efforts to keep us in the same room for our convenience. All the staff were friendly which made the stay quite pleasant. Pool setting was lovely and especially with a gazebo for sun protection.

Clean, comfortable, excellent location to our trip to Crystal River. Was close but not right in town to all the commotion. Quiet rooms in spite of being almost full a couple nights.

Hot water was nil to none in our sink, but did work in our shower, so not huge deal.

I enjoyed the beds and the kind front desk lady who gave me extra pillows to accommodate my sleep apnea breathing problems.

Average hotel for a convenient stay. Absolutely clean and silent at night. Clean non-heated pool. There was normal coffee and some breakfast sandwiches to microwave as a grab and go breakfast. We would stay there again.

Beds were okay but not the most comfy ones. The breakfast was okay even if not our first choice.
