I loved the location. It was 5 minutes away from what we came there to do. It is around alot of restaurants and shopping. Close to the highways. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. House keeping was on point. Rooms were very spacious. Just wish they had a table in there. There was a space and nothing in the space, just a very big open space. Had to eat sitting on the bed.

The Breakfast is dreadful. Cereal, eggs, and sausage and pancakes. That's it. Of course breads and yogurt. And come on Holiday in, for God's sake you are in Florida, use real orange juice. The orange juice they serve is the worst I have ever tasted. Add a few more items.

This hotel was one of the cleanest and nicest hotels I've ever stayed in! The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was really close to everything in Crystal river. They even have little Manatee stuffed animals you can buy at the front desk! The pool was beautiful except we didn't actually get the chance to try it out. Breakfast was decent with a nice selection.

The one thing we didn't like about the hotel was that the main entrance was off a 4 lane main road. It was sometimes a challenge to get into the parking lot when coming back from the main part of Crystal River. Also where Google maps says to turn into the hotel parking lot is actually the road next to the hotel and there is no access the hotel. Another negative was that some of the ladies at the front desk were not very friendly.

Everything about our stay was very good. Checking in was smooth, room was clean and well stocked. The accommodation for my service dog was incredible and the property was well kept and smelling fresh, not a hint of the smell of animals in rooms or on the floors or around property Staff was helpful in recommending places to eat and went above and beyond to call a few places for us to check availability. Breakfast was really good for warm fast eat! Everything was extremely fresh and they constantly replenished and kept thing hot and clean with a nice variety of a little bit of everything. The never ending all night coffee pot was my favorite! If I am in the area again in the future to go the crystal springs I would definitely stay here. If all Holiday Inn Express' are all like this then it will be my new go to for overall accommodation for what I needed and reasonably priced.

Everything! I have never been a guest in a more friendly hotel. From the front desk, to the cleaning staff, and to the breakfast crew and other hotel guests... everyone was friendly and interested in making my stay pleasant. No hassle check in. Plenty of convenient on-site parking. Clean and comfortable facility.. The complimentary breakfast was well organized and offered a sufficient amount and selection. I highly recommend this Holiday inn Express. The location is conveniently located to local shopping, restaurants, and Manatee excursions.

Only there for one night and perfect location for a diving experience. Hotel really clean and staff really helpful. Due to flying home later in the day we asked if we could delay our checkout and it wasn’t a problem. So we got to swim with manatees and then shower before leaving for the airport. Breakfast was good and coffee available at all times. Staff really nice and friendly.

Pool was a bit of a let down. It could be made nicer. Not a problem for us and the only negative I can think of.

Very small height - I am short and could touch the ceiling in the bathroom! Plastic everything! Plastic wrapped Styrofoam cups, plates, cutlery is so wateful. A commercial dishwasher would be a very worthy investment for the environment and to increase guest experience with proper crockery. Staff entering/exiting a service room opposite our doorway in the morning woke us. But otherwise a very comfortable stay with good facilities.

Breakfast was better than expected - all food was fresh and healthy, and the breakfast room was very clean. Our room was a 2-king bed room, very clean including bathroom. The mattresses were a sagging so that was not so good, but overall the room was good. Also, we didn't like the AC position (below the window) as it was blowing cold air on the first person next to it. Reception desk staff was awesome!

Location, included breakfast, spacious room. We were impressed by the sale of locally knitted manatees that supported the community and provided an authentic souvenir. We also appreciated the fitness room, even though it was small.

The pool area was extremely unsanitary, very murky water with various 'things' floating in the pool, and an unclean pool deck.

The hotel was one of the better Holiday Inn expresses I've ever stayed in. The ladies at counter was pleasant and my 2 bedroom suite was just what I needed. I actually thought the hotel was brand new because of the ilook inside and out. People in the Lil town was just friendly.

I think what I didn't like most is to find out that they no longer do Turkey meat for breakfast. I hope this isn't the case at all of the Holiday Inn Expresses which is one of the reasons I choose them. Trying to make a left hand turn getting out of the hotel was a bit complicated as well as making a left turn to go in. For the most part I had no complaints as a first time visitor.

Bed was very comfortable and staff nice and friendly.

Breakfast was served in single use plastics. It shocked me. The lady at reception said it is this way since Covid and their dishwasher doesn’t even work anymore. I haven’t seen anyone taking care of the cleanliness in the breakfast area and I had to wipe out table after previous guest to sit at a clean one.
