Super quick drive to the boardwalk. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the deluxe suite with 2 queen beds with a separe king bed, and the price was very reasonable. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel seemed pretty safe.

Our room windows faced a brick wall. We were on the 2nd floor and heard so much noise from above us. The pool area was heavily chlorinated to the point that we couldn't swim due to the smell. It wasn't ventilated very well; however, it does permeate throughout the 1st floor. In fact, that's the first thing I noticed as I walked in to check in: the smell of chlorine.

My air wasn’t working and the front desk came immediately to remedy the situation. It was just a light was out on the unit that said air and we kept passing it when we attempted to turn it on.

The pool was freezing. The hot tub did not work. Wires were dangling from the wall. The railing to enter the hot tub is so wobbly I thought it was going to come completely out. Very disappointed because the main reason I booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool option.

The room was great, clean, and a nice size for 3 adults & 2 children. The hotel staff was friendly & helpful when/if we needed anything at any time! The inside pool was a favorite of all of ours, considering it was the 4th of July in South Texas!! I would definitely go back!

The construction in front of the hotel is a huge ongoing job that consists of reconstructing a major highway (Hw146) right at the Kemah bridge but by far was it any fault, of course, of hotel's, but beware, the lanes literally go down to only 1 right in front of hotel!

Everything but the freezing pool water

The pool was to cold to get in the heat didn’t work needs to be fix . I know you all pro want fix the pool but you really need to because it’s false advertising. Because that was the main reason we came to that hotel so if you all can fix the heat in the pool and the temperature of the water no one was in the pool for that reason and that’s not right

Staff was very friendly and room was clean. I had to cut my trip short and they were very understanding about it.

Area was scary and everytime I came to the lobby there were several men sitting around... inside and outside. They were nice to me but a single woman traveling alone feels uncomfortable in this atmosphere.

It was everything that we needed!! Hurricane Beryl came through. We had no electricity or water. I made a reservation online at 10:30 pm. We got in, thank goodness! Happy, our clerk was so sweet!! The room was clean and so cool....temperature wise!!! A cold shower and bed was just what we needed!!

My experience at the hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The prime location, comfortable and clean rooms, and the convenience of the continental breakfast made it a standout choice for my stay in Kemah. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the area.

The view from my room was limited to a plain wall, which was less than ideal.

Very sweet front desk. Always ready to help. We stayed 5 nights and didn't have any problems. Highly recommend. Also the beds were soft and very comfortable. Pillows were perfect, everything clean and ready for us.

Nothing it was great

Staff was friendly, it was a good location. It was a great price and clean.

Construction had the route the Google maps gave us blocked. You have to go down past place, then come back up service road, which is now the 146. The road turned into 1 lane, and construction was working on the driveway, so it was hard to find entrance. Getting out wasn't that bad, other cars would let you out.

BREAKFAST WAS JUST CONTINENTAL BUT IT WAS FRESH AND NICE. THE FRONT DESK CLERK WHICH IS THE MANAGER JOHN WAS SO HELPFUL. HE MADE SURE WE HAD ROOMS THAT WERE TAILORED TO OUR STAY AND ALSO KEPT US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO MANUVER AROUND THE TRAFFICE IN KEMAH. EXTREMELY WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

MAYBE SOME TYPE OF PROTIEN WITH BREAKFAST.
