Great hotel next to the old city market. Clean rooms, comfy beds. They really went above and beyond to help settle us with kids as comfortable as possible, but without adding too much on extra beds. We took a family room with two kids, and the grandparents hosted the third kid on another bed in their room next to us. Breakfast was good, helpful staff, also had gluten free food for me, since I notified in advance I'll be needing it. Liked the complementary cookies and such in the room. And the kids enjoyed the bathtub :) All in all, we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The variety of food at breakfast could be better, including some cheeses. Also, coffee needs improvement. There were some ants in the room, next to the coffee/tee station. We handled it alone, as in most hotels we visited in Thailand. The ceilling night lights in the kids room died after two nights. Switched to some other night light, we didn't complain so they didn't fix.

I went to chiang mai to join Khom Loy with my family. When I booked this hotel, I got some kind message, they proposed the way to the hotel, they could arrange shuttle service, give us price information and propose alternative solution etc. I felt they were really thinking about customers. The room which I booked was 2 bed room premium. It was very specious and very clean. Breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed it. We could spend great time here.

One of my point of concerns was that drain performance was not good in shower room. Using shower, immediately overflew. I have to continue GO and STOP. It was very inconvenience for us.

The breakfast was nice and the hotel was conveniently located between a great night market and the thapae gate that takes you into old town.

Methadone detox clinic steps away from the hotel lobby was a little disconcerting.

Lovely rooms. Friendly staff. Helped me to find my laptop and return to me as I had left it in my room after checking out, which I greatly appreciated.

Great hotel. There was only one issue I think with my room, which was that I could not get the rainfall shower set to a warm temperature. It was only giving cold water, or very hot. I reverted to using the removable shower head though, which was fine. Would have been nice to have been able to use the rainfall shower though as they are great.

Nice hotel. Clean, good facilities, helpful staff. Breakfast was surprisingly good, lots of options. Excellent location, just a short walk from the eastern gate.

Unfortunately, I was placed in what I can only imagine is the worst room in the hotel. It was on the second floor right next to the stairs and the door leading to the gym and pool, so there was a bit of noise from the hallway and lobby at times. Also, the room's windows faced the street, and only being on the second floor, I felt like I was fully exposed to anyone walking by, so I felt compelled to keep the shades drawn for the entire duration of my stay. I'm the one who booked the room, so I accept that I am somewhat to blame, but being assigned to that particular room was regrettable. It really is a nice hotel, so I think if I'd been in a different room, I'd probably have zero complaints.

The suite was larger than I expected, and very clean. Lovely little extras like soft waffle-weave robes and slippers made it feel like a luxe experience. Appreciated the big bathtub (with kids we prefer them to showers). The location was perfect for exploring — felt tucked away but the old city and all of its markets, street food, temples and everything else were right there when you walked out the door and down the alleyway.

The pool was small (though that makes sense given the hotel's location in a densely populated area) and usually fairly crowded. I'd say it's more for dipping in and cooling off than for swimming, per se.

Great hotel all round. The staff were very welcoming, you needed anything and they would look into it for you. The room was big enough, kept clean everyday. Bottle of water and biscuits available free of charge. Even the beer was only 50 bhat from mini bar. Breakfast was good. Loved the variety, definitely not the same thing everdyday. Loved it. Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants, street food, Sunday market is a must. There is roti being sold a few mins away and they the best we ever had in Thailand. She was awarded bib gourmet from Michelin from the past few years. You cannot NOT try it if you are around. She works night time only. There is a tourist information booth off the main street too where we booked our activities. For that price range, look no further.

Breakfast was good, came included in the price and was changed up slightly each day. Hotel only has 5 floors and it is quite small meaning that it never seems incredibly busy. Location was great for walking to each of the places of interest and various tour companies would pick us up from the hotel lobby. Handy to the airport - 15 minutes taxi.

Bathroom is the biggest negative. Shower is small, with the temperature changing randomly and dramatically at every point of the day. Also the pressure would change randomly too.
