we stayed in a poolside room, which was amazing. The pool was a little cold, but it still was so nice to have the food in the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are amazing and friendly (Dream was the best concierge!) and so helpful with suggestions. It was my birthday while I was there, and they left a surprise treat in our room. We really just loved this little property and it’s close to everything, especially the east gate of the historic walled town. The sound of the frogs around the fountain areas singing to each other at night was magical.

There wasn’t much that we didn’t like, other than the robes were a little small, and we didn’t read the fine print that they are an alcohol free resort, so no bar on site or beer for purchase.

The staff is wonderful, knowledgable and attentive. Very clean, nice big room, pool was clean and nice. I only ate one meal there but it was fresh and delicious. The frogs outside at night are so cute! Great location to a lot of very walkable shopping, temples, restaurants, etc.

Since there's only a small smoking area out front and off to the side, it would have been nice to have a small table with chairs and some type of sun coverage. Also, no bar/alcohol on site, so pick some up before you get there at duty free or the 7-11.

I liked everything about the place and the location and plenty of compliments for your staff and their professionalism especially a great thank you to your staff by the name of Alex who was always happy, helpful and informative and made our trip there special and easier. Will be back there for sure in possibly within 2 years time. Keep up the good work and you guys are excellent.

What a fantastic stay! Superb location, close to central Chiang Mai but on a quiet street. The hotel is very new, fresh & immaculately clean. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and kind. The attention to detail is superb. The bed is so comfortable and the sheets are so soft! I slept so well here. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return!

The route to the hotel and the parking lot is not properly.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. the cooked dishes (mostly thai food) were different everyday. they were meticulously prepared and no skim on ingredients. every dish had its own flavour which was an eye opening experience. Booking.com messed up my booking. it double booked and i had to cancel one of the bookings. as a result the hotel had misinformation for the room i requested, despite me having paid online. When i arrived, i was worried as the intended room was already occupied. The hotel gave a free upgrade to the suite room and it was a fascinating experience. Pool was amazing as most hotel pools are way too shallow for a proper swim (1.2-1.4m deep)

there could be more shower gel and shampoo! If breakfast could start earlier than 7 it would be very useful! especially if we want to set off early for day trips around chiang mai.

well located, near the old town but in a quiet area. the staff is very kind and helpful. special thanks to Kh Aem, our room service, always smiling and caring. the swimming pool is long enough for swimming

nothing wrong with the property itself. but we were just bothered by a noisy Chinese family: shouting around the pool. these people cannot speak normally, they’re always shouting and pay absolutely no consideration to other customers. it was the only issue during our stay and not the fault of the hotel.

The only thing we were not happy about was that smoking is not allowed in the balcony which did not make sense to us

I booked a room including breakfast and really like it. The hotel has vegan buffet for breakfast and A La Carte during the daytime. Also,I'm impressed with the service from staffs, the location which is closed to Tha Pae gate, the comfiness and the cleanliness.
