In behalf of my family, I must say we really liked everything about this hotel, from location, staffs at the hotel, local people, food, room, and how easy to navigate their hotel is. We found that Chiang Mai is a safe place wherever you go or at. The location of this hotel is superb and from our experience it's really safe even it's located from the neighborhood. The location is clean from the outside and pretty much the entire hotel. The location of this hotel is not far from the night markets, temples, and restaurants as well. The staffs are so helpful, respectful, accommodating, and very friendly at all times. The foods at the hotel are delicious and cheap. Our room is really spacious with massive bathroom. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel design was very pretty and the rooms were exceptional. Bed is comfortable, bath is big, room service is very good. Reception is helpful and spa is also fantastic. Breakfast had a good variety for western dishes along with a few asian dishes. Location is near anusarn market which is nice for a cheap meal and tourist shopping with a delightful atmosphere especially if you go by tuktuk!

Pool water may need to be left running overnight as insects likely to be floating when you come join them for a swim too. Otherwise the design and saltwater is lovely.

Location is convenient since just 5 mins walk to old city. The room is spacious and clean and lightings and aircon are good since we can adjust from the panels beside the bed ourselves. I love the comfy bed and pillows and even bought 2 pillows from them to bring back to Singapore. One of their staff Faek doing our check out is very lovely and helpful. Planning to come back if I visit Chiang Mai in 2023 again.

Breakfast would be 6 to 7/10 depending on the days and waiters and waitress' services can be slightly improved as their faces seem emotionless when you asked for their service.

The hotel is close to the main gate of the old town. The pool was refreshing and the rooms were calm and clean.

The toilet in one room was dirty

Excellent location, just outside the city wall. the hotel and rooms were very clean and seems brand new. Great choice for a little extra affordable luxury. I also had a massage at the spa, a bit expensive comparing to other places but it was clean and good quality.

The pool is tiny and mainly no sun. A few hiccups at the reception that made me waste sometime for a payment that should have gone through booking instead it became a "pay at the property". Suggestion: while you figure it out you can allow the customers to their room instead of holding them like hostage. Bookings are guaranteed.. Also I booked a twin room and when I get in it was double, just randomly assuming people want to share a bed when they requested a twin.. this was not very much appreciated. (Otherwise would have been a 10)

The staff was amazing. We had an amazing warm welcome when we arrived by the staff. We wanted some guide on how to go about in getting our sim card and get around the town. She was spot on and helpful. Her smile was exceptionally amazing. The bed is super comfy. The best bed, I slept in compare to all the other hotel we stayed in Chaing mai and Chaing Rai.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. Hoping for more Thai Breakfast. There was some english breakfast available. The Bacon was good. But the spread could have been better.

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming! Plenty of space in bedrooms / bathroom and good breakfast with a nice selection to choose from. Location was perfect on a quiet street and close to the East Gate of the Old Town. We would definitely recommend this place.

Some attention to details and repairs missing - like poorly repaired walls around light switches and outlets (and no paint). Our window did not seem to close completely. More attention to fixing these things and making them look nice would make this place perfect.

Clean and comfortable room & bed, friendly staff, good location.

Water temperature in shower was fluctuating, bar area not permanently attended during the day / evening. I would recommend that hotel management strictly enforce their non-smoking policy. I reported one instance of this and staff took some action.

The breakfast was great, and I found changes throughout my eight-night stay. The room is big, clean, and comfortable. The location is close to the gate of the old city and the main road, which is convenient. The facility of the SPA in the basement was elegant.

1. I needed to work during my long stay, but the location of the table is in a small area next to the door. So although the room is big, most of the time I was squeezed into the corner. 2. The bathtub looks nice, but the water was too slow so no way to take a real hot bath.

Loved the room. Loved the location. Easy to get to the night market and the old city. Quiet neighbourhood. Spa service was great, breakfast had a good spread, staff very friendly. We had a double room, bathroom was spacious.

Map of the area around the hotel would have been helpful as staff directions were not too clear. Couldn't get the right water temperature on the shower. Either too hot or too cold. Room service closes too early for us.
