Location is great, close to restaurants, little supermarkets, the beach with great sunsets. Pool is nice. Staff are very kind and helpful. They came to get us at the boat pier and drove us back when we left. We stayed in one of the older bungalow with air con and it was lovely, made of wood with a big bathroom, a fridge, a little balcony. Shower was great with pressure and hot water. Possibility to connect to Netflix, which was great. We got great scooters from the hotel (price is similar to rental shops around the island) and we organised a snorkeling boat tour to maya bay and phi phi island with them, which was amazing. We will be back!

From the older bungalows, the internet connection was not good but this could probably be fixed with a router. It was excellent by the pool. Beds are very hard but we slept well on them! Suggestion: maybe a little outside mini feet shower to clean sand off feet after the beach and not bring sand in the room!

Arriving on the tiny island of Kho Jum by wooden long tailed ferry was unforgettable, and as soon as you land you start to feel the relaxed laid back atmosphere of this very special place work it's magic. The hotel organised a taxi to transport us. It's a comfortable hotel right by a peaceful beach. We particularly liked local eating places both on the beach and along the road, which were all great value and delicious. The beach is fabulous, and trips to the local villages were a highlight of our trip.

Noisy music on New Year's eve, which we were made aware of on our arrival, however it ended promptly at 12, and it was New Year's eve. We really hope this island doesn't become overrun by tourism.

The location is perfect, it's right on the beach, and it has really good restaurants across the road a couple of shops nearby. The staff were lovely and friendly, and very helpful. The bungalow was huge and had a nice outdoor area. Everything was nice and clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. We had the best night's sleep. We didn't want to leave Koh Jum it was so tranquil we wish we had stayed longer.

The TV wasn't working. The bathroom floods every time you use the shower. It would be better to have a graded floor so water drains away.

The location is perfect, a few small restaurants within walking distance, the beach is perfect big and does not have a lot of people, by scooter it is not far to the small village by the pier and there are two lovely beach bars close by. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic but also a bit expensive. You can "only" order 3 different sets but what you get for it is very much worth the price, very delicious! The room was spaceous and the facilities in the room all worked fine and it was very clean. The staff is very helpful and you can rent scooters and book your transfer directly with them. All of that worked out very good, we were very happy with the service!

There were not that many sunbeds by the pool, but if you are there by 8am, you will get one for shure. There is no restaurant, it is closed.

We loved the location and the beach Our bungalow was across the road, which was much quieter (those by the pool were families with young children) They met us of the boat and took us to the hotel and took us back that the end of our stay, free of charge Lots of restaurants very close by with great food and choice for all three of your daily meals We were so impressed with their water refill system - they give you a large bottle in your room and you can refill throughout you stay - us and the planet thanks the hotel for this :) They also provide extra towels to use at the beach/pool We dream of returning to this beautiful place

Pool area has a fantastic view and location but really needs updating, very rough around the edges - but this would not stop us staying there again, the beach was long and not crowded, easy to find a quiet spot Our bad luck but there were a lot of loud guests, particularly by the pool area!

Great location, lovely bungalow across other side of road in the gardens which were well maintained with lots of flowers. The room was a good size with en-suite facilities, a powerful shower and air con. Nice big bed, but it is VERY firm, ok for us! Nice sheets, pillows and towels. There are plenty of independent restaurants to choose from locally and we also rented mopeds and found some lovely beach bars and monkeys roaming around in the north! Such a fabulous island.

The pool, bar and restaurant areas very underwhelming. Only a few sun-beds by the pool, but not our thing to hang around the pool so didn’t bother us. We didn’t eat or drink there as preferred other locations.

Bungalows were great; comfortable beds, great air con, good bathroom with decent shower. Lovely and quiet, set a little way back from the road and a minute away from the beach.

There was nothing we didn’t like! Our only feedback would maybe be for some sun loungers and umbrellas to be on the beach in front of the hotel. Currently there are only a few around the pool and with the sun so hot here it makes it tricky to stay out on the beach all day without needing to come away from the sun

I checked into Horizon on the spot, when I got to my previously booked room, & found it had on AC! Horizon staff picked me up & took me to Horizon … & to my AC room! The room was spacious, pretty new, clean, w an ocean view. I was most touched the next day, after I had a slow motion scooter collision, & scraped & bloodied my are. When I got home to Horizon, they immediately took me to the clinic down the street, waited for me, & brought me home. I was most impressed by this extraordinary act of kindness! The only improvement would be to get the TV to work!

When we finally got a room we could accept it was very nice with sea view and close to the pool. At the center of the island it is quite easy to get to all parts of the island with a scooter. Also a number of restaurants within walking distance.

The first room we were shown to was far below expectations. After some negociations we got a very nice room but without breakfast. It turned out that they did not have a restaurant at all which you would expect from a resort and it was also mentioned in the presentation. Prices shown at booking.com with extra discounts turned out to be the standard prices.
