The check-in is non-face-to-face but it’s very efficient and communication is easy, even in English. The room was alright. The terrace has a great view of the beach and the sunrise was beautiful. You cannot cook there but you can use the washing machine and the drying machine if you need to.

It’s close to the intercity bus terminal, but not the express bus terminal (the bus from Seoul dropped us at the second one and we thought it would be closer). However, you can catch a bus that leaves you 3 mins away from the apartment. The bus stop to go to Seoraksan National park is also at a 3 minute-walk so it’s very convenient (it takes around 1 hour to get to the park).

I was not sent the door codes to access my rooms and there was no one at reception when we arrived so we had to call someone to come and help us. Also, hotel should be called Heavenmark at Summit Bay and not just Heavenmark because the taxi driver did not know which place we were going to when we said “Heavenmark” but that’s the name given in Booking.com which caused some confusion again.

The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach. There's also a convenient store within the property. Parking is a hassle especially on weekends!!! But i must give credit to the parking attendants, they help with valet parking!

The pillows are too soft and they won't give extra pillows for sure. Staff is practically nonexistent so everything you just communicate via WhatsApp. The worst part is the lift! There are so many units but only 2 lifts, 1 serving odd floors and the other even floors. Long wait especially on weekends where many locals flock the area.

Difficult to find because the name is not listed on the building (look for "urban stay", there is a 7-11 on the ground floor). There is no staff on location, you get a code that opens your room - which means: you need WiFi There was a very loud fire alarm at 2am in the morning, but no one (else) left the building and the fire department did not show up. No bedside lamps. If you are a reader, you have to use the central lights and then get up to turn everything off.

Excellent location. Many great restaurants a few steps away. Right next to the beach. Great views from the room. Modern and new apartment style rooms.

Perfect view in a lovely location close to public transport to the national park. Close to a few restaurants serving western food or you can take your pick if you enjoy seafood. Easy check in and great to have a washer and dryer. Comfy beds.

Cooking facilities but not allowed to cook. Didn't bother us as we had zero intention of cooking but I imagine some people would want to utilise. Also no laundry detergent provided.

It’s nice that the room is closer to a flat apartment than a hotel room-spacious, with dining table, a closet and drawers

one annoying thing is that there’s a kitchen, but no dishes or any kitchenware. there’s also no restaurant, so you can only eat junk food from CVS.

It's in a good place, the view is good. The room was nice and clean. very well equipped. I loved the cafe machine and drying machine. The communication from the hotel is very good. Convenient store is inside the building

Nice place which is right in front of one beach so it was nice to enjoy summer holidays. The view is also amazing and easy to go to the central bus terminal. There's a convenience store to buy something. Inside is really clean.

The exceptional view was superb and the facilities were very good: big fridge and toiletries in the room. The self check-in was quick and convenient.

It was a bit difficult to figure out how to turn the boiler on. Including a guide in English on this would improve the stay.
