Overall my stay was very great in Summer Suite. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Convenient for family who wants to do some level of moderate cooking than relying on restaurant food. There are two super market at ground floor where essentials could be purchased. It's walkable from star attractions Petronas tower and KL Tower, Closeby to Quill mall which is like a 15 min walk. 250mtr from mono rail station Bukit Nanas and 500 mtr from LRT station Dang Wangi.

Two things I didn't like. 1)Early check ins are chargeable though available. 2)Access in and out of facility is controlled by card (which is good) however this doesn't work as expected and security intervention was required.

Everything was perfect for us. The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and it had everything you need for an excellent stay. The apartment block had shops, cafes, nail bar, hairdresser, swimming pool and excellent security. The owners answered promptly to anything we needed to ask. Kuala Lumpur is a feel good city with everything you could possibly want. Always felt safe and the people are so friendly. Can't wait to get the chance to return.

The location is convenient and in a good neighbourhood, close to two lines. The room is spacious and well furnished, two queen beds, one sofa, washing machine and a kitchen. The room is clean and I saw them exchanging the bed sheet used by previous customer. The staff will keep in touch by WhatsApp, they could also help with taxi hailing. There are security guide in the building hall, so it is safe.

The room is situated in an apartman complex that has stores, and a restaurant in the lobby. The room itself was pretty good it had two queen sized beds, a small kitchen and a small bathroom. The property was clean and communicating through WhatsApp was easy and the staff were helpful

This was a great place to stay in a great location and the check-in process was simple enough. The facilities were great and the wifi was good and we had good views too. Value for money and the staff were friendly. Someone met us on arrival to take a cash deposit, which they took photos of, and then collected it the day we left to return it. Would definitely stay here again.

We had some ants in the kitchen but it is to be expected. Apart from that everything was good.

It was a great location and the room was very comfortable. We had some very good sleep and the windows are double glazed so we didn't hear anything outside. There is a convenience store underneath which is handy and a monorail and subway station close by. Also the room has a washing machine and a dryer which was very useful and a large fridge.

Nothing it was great.

Great communication with staff. Loved having a washer/drier combo that worked great, really good and quick cooling AC, comfy beds and pillows, a really nice shower, and blackout curtains. Really close to public transport and an easy walk to KLCC.

Nothing-just wish we could have stayed longer!

Spacious room, pool, gym, good location.

The room needs maintenance. The bathroom door is rotting away at the bottom, looks really bad. The management told us they are planning to replace it though. There were ants and a few cockroaches! The management told us they have arranged for an exterminator after we left.

The room was very tidy and clean when we checked in and all the amenities stated in the room's description were in good condition. My kids loved the pool. It is only a walking distance to KLCC, monorail and Pelita nasi kandar 😁 With the facilities given in the very strategic location the rate was considered very good.

The only setback is that parking not included. But still the in-building parking rate is reasonable.

Very spacious room and good amenities. Had shops/cafe downstairs, and I believe once of the shops was open 24/7 so that was very convenient. On arrival, the code given did not work and when I messaged them on WhatsApp, replied very quickly and had someone meet us to sort it out. Very good communication through WhatsApp.

Overall good stay, the bathroom could do with a bit of maintenance but this didn't really affect our overall stay.
