If you’re a tourist, want to do touristy things, catch a ferry to nearby islands, go to museums, or enjoy local restaurants, you can’t find a better location. Very comfy bed and pillows, a perfect heating/cooling system, and a modern shower. The apartment was very clean and properly managed, with clear instructions. Despite the city being notoriously dirty, once you open your apartment door, it’s spotless and makes you forget outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, followed up on everything from the time of booking until I left, I had a small internet issue as the main provider had the line down in the entire region, and a staff member showed up at the door in minutes once I mentioned that the issue persist the next day when the followed up, A+ service.

Stairs, there’s no elevator and the stairs are a bit narrow and steep as it’s an old building as anywhere else in the area, but a good workout if you’re young and able :) I was given just one towel for the bathroom sink and shower, and the size of it was in between the hand towel and shower towel, so quite tiny for the shower towel, could be better there. As they have the kitchen (stove), could’ve left a small bottle of oil and salt & pepper for some eggs in the morning.

We had a room at the 4th floor to the garden side. As there is no elevator, it's always a step climb in a not so nice stairway. The room itself is big and got a small kitchen and living room and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The room was quiet and good to sleep. The location is great to explore the old parts of the town and closely to the Metro. The fridge was filled with beverages.

Securitywise it could the better. The room doors have simple locks and the entry door at the street was sometime open. The shower is messy as you can not avoid to wet most parts of the bathroom floors. There was no free coffee capsules (1 Euro each) for the machine. Trying to get to the place and unload the baggage was a nightmare (on a Saturday afternoon). There is no place to quickly stop, and the road leads to a highly populated area with people all around and hard to find a way out. The safe is very small and will not take your iPad or laptop.

The tasteful decoration of the appartment, the location (close to the Vieux Port, with all its restaurants and terraces, also close to the metro station), the amability of the staff.

There was no elevator in the building (we received an appartment at the fifth floor); the shower had two fixed walls and no flexible one, which made it kind of difficult to get in and out.

Staff are really nice and friendly. Particularly Jeanne, who kindly helped us also with where to visit and where to eat. My special thanks to her😊. I would give a 9 or maybe 8, if there were some regular staff instead of Jeanne and the others. The location of the room is good. Interior in overall, size of it, and facilities are ok considering the price. I prefer comparing it to the other options in Marseille, rather than my earlier trips to other countries, beacuse I often prefer higher price hotels which offer more facilities. But none of the hotels in Marseille offer such luxury facilities, or at least there was none in the time that I made my booking. Compared to the other options, this room is a good choice beacuse it is worth its price, neither cheap nor expensive.

My family of 4 stayed 3 nights in this super central apartment on the second floor (no lift, but nice spiral staircase) called Bureau 2. We were welcomed by Lucas at the reception office who was very kind and gave us plenty of recommendations including the most convenient car parking. The apartment interiors are really beautiful, clean, and it is well equipped with all amenities you need. The bedroom is very comfortable and also the sofa in the living room. You are really in the heart of Vieux Port at walking distance from all must see in Marseille!

Les Appartements du Vieux Port had checking on the other side of the block than the actual entrance to the apartment was, which is ok. Though the apartment was in a older building it was renovated and looked very clean and modern, e.g. with all the kitchen appliances needed. The location is perfect, perhaps only hundred meters from the old port, and the area was peaceful and gave safe feeling. Personnel was most kind. I got excellent, fully useful info about what to see and do in Marseille, thank you. Appreciated. :-)

The deposit of 200 eur might have caused problems but it was duly returned very quickly after checkout. Thank you. Only drawback was perhaps that since the apartment was in the first floor on street side some noise came through windows, however not that much that it would have disturbed my sleep. I guess closer to old port the noise would have been more disturbing.

Excellent place to stay in Marseille! This place was pretty big - the bed was very comfortable, the shower was large, and plenty of hot water. The washing machine worked great and the kitchen/living room were large with all the comforts of home. Marc, the manager, kept in constant communication and explained everything to me. There is a Monprix just around the corner, so if you wanted to cook a few nights or have breakfast - it was very convenient. Location was superb - two minute walk from the metro and the ocean. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Marseille!

Not a whole lot - my apartment was on the 4th floor (maybe 3rd??) and there is no lift - as I always say - don't expect a lift when you travel in Europe.

Be careful how you get there if arriving from the train station. The directions on Google took us through some very sketchy not good parts of town. As two women we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Mass immigration has changed the landscape and people in Marseille quite a bit. This is 2 short streets over from the apartment. Once you get to the appartment it's fine. Cute part of town. Just stay south of the apartment and you'll be okay. **Bonus: there is a Nespresso store across the street. Coffee pods are less than half what we pay in the states. Great place to stock up and tons of variety we don't have access to in the states.

The apartment was very safe and secure and yet was in the heart of the city. It was beautifully furnished, was exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed with regards to appliances. The bed was so comfy, and the shower was amazing. Also, the reception staff were especially attentive and were on the end of a WhatsApp message if needed. However, the reception was just around the corner from the apartment, so it's also superb easy to drop in. We also loved the fact that we were in walking distance to all the main attractions as well as restaurants and bars. It really was exceptional value too.

There was nothing to dislike as the apartment and staff were amazing.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in central Marseille. The place itself couldn't be more central, yet is was quiet and comfortable and a wonderful place to relax in the evening after a long day of exploring. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook, as well as a great outdoor space for relaxing in the sun. It was a great mix of old and new. I'd also like to give special recognition to the host / manager Marc, who was communicative, always available, and very friendly. He really made things smooth and enjoyable for us. Highly recommended, especially for a couple on a retreat!

Great place, great staff, great city. What's not to like! I guess if there's any constructive feedback it would be to have one more chair in the lounge area in addition to the sofa. Otherwise, I can't fault the place!
