Exceptional Great value for money. For this price point doubt whether you would find anything better. Location easy transport options to national monument and old Dutch area. Reception staff and house staff all very professional friendly and helpful. Super clean including corridors lift etc. I was so lucky to be given a corner room. Non smoking floor Room spacious clean with the usual very comfortable ibis bed and linens. Loved the glass bottled water provided. So much better than the ubiquitous plastic with all the microplastics in the water. Stayed 4 nights and would stay again Very highly recommended

Good quiet room, ideal for resting. I love that there are two tables, a comfortable place to open my suitcase and more spaces where I can deploy my things. The bed is very comfortable, They provide a kettle, cups, tea and sugar. Breakfast is quite varied. Many small details, for example there is a flashlight. I could watch Youtube on the TV. Location is in Cikini neihgborhood.

What this hotel is missing is maybe a living room to sit down and socialize with other guests. They said they are building a gym for the future, that will be nice.

The hospitality at this hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful, and cheerful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location is convenient, with a convenience store just opposite the hotel and easy access to various attractions. The room service was great, ensuring a comfortable experience. As a bonus, we received a free karaoke ticket, which added extra excitement to our holiday. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the option to order hot Indomie. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The hotel was cozy and comfortable. And I liked it because it was quiet. The most satisfying part was breakfast here. The menu wasn't very diverse, but it was really good considering the cost-effectiveness of the accommodation. The fruit was delicious, and the Indomi noodle was so delicious. And there was a convenience store right in front of the hotel, so it was comfortable.

There wasn't anything particularly regrettable.

It's one of the best ibis i've been to. The room is clean. It is rare to get really clean and good-laundry-smelled towels these days in other hotels. The receptionist takes care our check in really well. The location is in the central of jakarta and close to the sites we had to go to.

We stayed at room 521. Across our room is room 520 that might be used as a storage or something, so there's quite some noise.

Good location. Very good value for the price. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. AC worked well and there was an iron available upon request.

Breakfast options weren’t great- but good considering the price point. We did place the red card they ask you to place on the bed if you want the sheets changing however they did not change the sheets- could tell this as there was a stain on the sheets that was still there after they made the room up.

hotel looked new, room looked new and very clean. Liked the beddings, clean. Staffs were very helpful in guiding about transport and location. The hotel doorman was very polite too. You can find alfa mart convenience store in front of hotel, there is an ATM in the mart too. At walking distance there are lots of street food stalls and a KFC outlet. Take a tut tut or grab car to the manggarai train station nearby that will take you to the airport.

The AC was a bit warm.

The reception team, the restaurant staffs, the house keeping team and the room which is super clean. The amenities are so fresh and all look new. The Wi-Fi is good. Everything is nearby like the supermarket, the Masjid, street food and also good restaurant special one I liked JAZEERA Arabic Restaurant ( Very Near).

we were three that stayed in the room (a child is with us). I asked for an extra towel. the ones we used were just replaced instead of giving us another one. We could have been asked if we wanted the towel for extra charge if it is not possible.
